Allegiant’s business model is flying between underserved markets often overlooked by major carriers. The airline, which launched in 1999, is beloved by budget travelers and travelers in smaller cities with fewer options for nonstop flights. The airline serves 100+ airports in the U.S., including many major destinations like Las Vegas (LAS) and Newark (EWR).

How To Book

We’re seeing some pretty solid deals. For instance, this one-way flight between Columbia, South Carolina (CAE) and Orlando Sanford (SFB) starts at just $39. Like many of Allegiant’s routes, this flight is the only nonstop service between the 2 cities.

After you’ve settled on your flights, make sure to book your ticket using a card that rewards you for travel purchases. Some of the best options include the Platinum Card® from American Express, Citi Strata Premier℠ Card, Chase Sapphire Reserve®, and Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card.
