There’s a new limited-time 20% bonus when you transfer Amex Membership Rewards points to Air France-KLM Flying Blue. We’re always in search of ways to get more value from our points and miles, and transfer bonuses are a great way to do just that.

Here are all of the details of this new Amex transfer bonus.

20% Transfer Bonus From Amex to Flying Blue

Typically, American Express Membership Rewards transfer to Air France-KLM Flying Blue at a 1:1 ratio. However, transfers from October 10 to November 10, 2024, will get a 20% bonus.

That means for every 1,000 Membership Rewards points you transfer, you’ll get 1,200 Air France-KLM Flying Blue miles.

This transfer bonus is automatic, so you don’t need to sign up for anything. You can transfer any amount between 1,000 and 999,000 points, and transfers are usually instant, although they sometimes can take up to 2 days.

Bottom Line:

Between October 10 and November 10, 2024, you’ll get a 20% bonus by transferring American Express Membership Rewards to Air France-KLM Flying Blue.

Is This a Good Deal?

If you plan to use Air France-KLM Flying Blue miles in the near future, this is a great way to get more value from your points. It’s not the best transfer bonus we have ever seen, but it’s solid.

Air France-KLM Flying Blue miles can be especially useful for flying to and from Europe since award availability can often be found for as few as 50,000 miles one-way in business class. Additionally, this transfer bonus can make Flying Blue’s Promo Rewards even more of a great value.

If you still need more Air France-KLM Flying Blue miles after taking advantage of this Amex transfer bonus, remember that all of the other major currencies — Bilt Rewards, Capital One miles, Chase Ultimate Rewards, Citi ThankYou Rewards, and Wells Fargo Rewards — also transfer to Flying Blue.

Final Thoughts

There’s a new Amex transfer bonus offering a 20% bonus when transferring points to Air France-KLM Flying Blue through November 10, 2024. This is a great way to get even more value from your points and miles.
