There’s a new, limited-time 25% bonus when you transfer Amex Membership Rewards points to Air France-KLM Flying Blue. We’re always in search of ways to get more value from our points and miles, and transfer bonuses are a great way to do just that.

Here are all of the details of this new Amex transfer bonus, including why we think it’s worth using your points this way.

25% Transfer Bonus From Amex to Flying Blue

Typically, American Express Membership Rewards points transfer to Air France-KLM Flying Blue at a 1:1 ratio. However, transfers from now through October 31, 2026, get a 25% bonus.

That means for every 1,000 Membership Rewards points you transfer, you get 1,250 Air France-KLM Flying Blue miles. Typically, you would get 1,000 Flying Blue miles when transferring 1,000 Amex points. You can see the bonus clearly labeled on the transfer page.

This transfer bonus is automatic, so you don’t need to register for anything in advance. You can transfer any amount between 1,000 and 999,000 points. Transfers are usually instant, although they sometimes take up to 2 days.

Bottom Line:

Between October 1 and October 31, 2026, you get a 25% bonus when you transfer American Express Membership Rewards to your Air France-KLM Flying Blue account.

Is This a Good Deal?

If you plan to redeem Air France-KLM Flying Blue miles in the near future, this is a great way to get more value from your points. It’s not the best transfer bonus we have ever seen, but it’s solid.

Air France-KLM Flying Blue miles can be especially useful for flying to and from Europe, since you can often find award availability for as few as 60,000 miles one-way in business class. Additionally, this transfer bonus can make Flying Blue’s monthly Promo Rewards even more of a great value.

If you still need more Air France-KLM Flying Blue miles after taking advantage of this Amex transfer bonus, remember that other major currencies — including Bilt Rewards, Capital One miles, Chase Ultimate Rewards, Citi ThankYou Rewards, Rove Miles, and Wells Fargo Rewards — also transfer to Flying Blue.

Final Thoughts

There’s a new 25% transfer bonus from Amex to Air France-KLM Flying Blue until October 31, 2026. This is a great way to get even more value from your points and miles. This offer is available for the whole month, meaning you can use it again later when more points are posted to your Amex account.
