American Express is offering $100 back when you spend $450 or more with Audi on demand, the all-Audi rental car company formerly known as Silvercar by Audi. This is a limited-time offer and is only available for select cardmembers.

What Is Audi on demand?

Audi on demand is a very unique rental company. Based only in major cities, Audi on demand is a rental car company that only rents out Audi vehicles. You can rent either an e-tron Sportback, A5 Sportback, Q5, or Q7 vehicle.

Each Audi on demand vehicle is equipped with top-notch features such as in-car Wi-Fi, Sirius XM radio, a sunroof, heated seats, and other loaded premium amenities.

Audi on demand used to be much more beneficial for travel as its Silvercar iteration had branches located at major airports throughout the country. Unfortunately, the company’s business model changed and it now partners with local Audi dealers instead to offer rentals, having removed all on-site airport locations.

Now, if you want to fly into a particular city and rent a vehicle, you’ll need to make your way to the designated closest Audi dealership to rent. However, because Audi on demand only offers ultra-premium vehicles, this small hassle could be well worth it. Some Audi on demand dealerships may be able to pick you up from a nearby airport free of charge and drop you off on your return, however, this should be coordinated in advance if it is available.

Depending on the vehicle you’re renting, Audi on demand traditionally prices daily rentals at anywhere between $50 and $125 a day, which can be quite reasonable considering the car you’re getting (you can check out our experience in this review).

Final Thoughts

Audi on demand used to be known as one of the best rental car companies, offering both fantastic rates and vehicles, however, now that it does not have airport rental locations, it is far less useful. That said, a $100 discount is significant, and you may find use in renting one of Audi on demand’s vehicles, even if you’re not traveling.
