American Express has released a new Amex Offer for outdoor enthusiasts, saving $500 at the Big Sky ski resort in Montana. Even better, this offer applies to more than just lift tickets, and you can use it to drop your hotel costs and lessons as well.

Adding Amex Offers to Your Card

To see which Amex Offers are available to you, head to the American Express website or app, and then click Amex Offers & Benefits. From there, you’ll see a listing of offers that have been targeted to you, and if you have multiple Amex cards, you’ll, unfortunately, need to scroll through each one manually to see what is available to you. When you want to enroll in an offer, make sure to click Add to Card.

Save $500 at Big Sky Resort

When you spend $2,000 or more at Big Sky Resort by January 30, 2026, you’ll get $500 back as a statement credit. Your purchases can include your room rate, lift tickets, and even lessons, and you can add up to the $2,000 spending requirement across multiple transactions.

Note that you must add this offer to your card by December 25, 2025, at the latest.

This offer only applies to bookings made online at BigSkyResort.com or by calling 800-548-4486, and you must first add the offer to your card and use that same card for your spending. Otherwise, you won’t get the statement credit.

This offer doesn’t include onsite purchases or any reservations booked through a third-party website like Expedia or Hotels.com.

If you spend exactly $2,000 to trigger the $500 statement credit, that’s a rebate of 25% on your spending.

Hot Tip:

Be careful with this offer, as it says third-party purchases are excluded, such as “resellers, delivery services, or other intermediaries.” Be sure you aren’t renting any equipment or taking any lessons provided by an outside agency when spending toward this offer.
