If Lisbon is on your travel radar, you’ll want to keep an eye on a new Hyatt property in Portugal.

The Andaz Lisbon, which opened its doors in March, is showing wide-open award availability, and there’s also solid availability through the first few months of 2027. If you’ve been looking for a great hotel deal for your upcoming Europe trip, this could be it.

Here’s a closer look at how to book.

How To Book the Andaz Lisbon

The Andaz Lisbon is a Category 6 property in the World of Hyatt program, meaning award rates typically range from 20,000 to 40,000 points per night, depending on which redemption tier your desired dates fall into.

Right now, however, we’re seeing many dates priced at just 20,000 points per night, which is the program’s Lowest rate. Availability is great from August 2026 through February 2027, though not all dates show this Lowest rate — but many do. Even better, many dates are also showing suite upgrade award availability, which could be especially valuable if you hold Globalist status and want to confirm a suite in advance.

During a search, tons of dates from now through early 2027 are currently showing points availability, making this one of the easiest luxury Hyatt redemptions to secure right now — though it’s unclear how long that wide-open availability will last.

How To Find Hyatt Award Availability

Considering cash rates can regularly exceed $400 per night, especially during the summer, redeeming points here could easily net you more than 1.5 cents per point, which is better than our valuation of World of Hyatt points at 1.4 cents each.

You can use several award search tools to help you find available dates. Sites like MaxMyPoint or Rooms.aero have calendar views that can help you find dates, pricing, and the comparable cash rate. However, once you find dates that work, you’ll need to head to Hyatt’s website to complete the booking.

Hot Tip:

You can earn World of Hyatt points with the hotel chain’s pair of co-branded credit cards, as well as 1:1 points transfers from Chase Ultimate Rewards and Bilt Rewards.

Final Thoughts

The recently opened Andaz Lisbon is already shaping up to be an exciting redemption opportunity.

With award nights starting at just 20,000 Hyatt points and wide-open availability across much of the calendar, this could be a great chance to lock in a stay at a brand-new property. And if you have suite upgrade awards to use, the current availability could make this an even sweeter redemption.
