Update:

The offer mentioned below has expired and is no longer available.

Business class deals pop up every so often — and we’ve found some great award prices and availability to and from Amsterdam this year and into the next.

These lie-flat seats are bookable with miles on United Airlines nonstop routes to Amsterdam from Chicago, Newark, and Washington. There are a lot of seats available for award redemptions in coach class, too.

Award Deal — The Details

Air Canada Aeroplan, one of our favorite loyalty programs, can get you to Europe in style this year and through early 2026, using points to fly in United Polaris business class to Amsterdam.

We found plentiful award availability on flights between 3 U.S. hubs and Amsterdam (AMS) this year and until February 2026, with some flights having up to 9 seats. That means you can fly with family or a group of friends.

Aeroplan charges 60,000 points each way in business class, plus taxes and fees of $56 from the U.S. or $158 from Europe.

Redeeming 60,000 points to fly to Europe in business class is a great deal. This deal also stands out for the high number of seats available.

How To Book

To search for available dates, you can use a tool like Seats.aero, which provides a big-picture overview across a range of dates and airports.

Once you have an idea what route and dates you’re eyeing, head to the Air Canada homepage or use the Air Canada app (iOS, Android) to search. You must log in to your account to search for award seats.

Next, input your dates and sort the results by price to view the lowest points needed. The price indicated below, 60,000 Aeroplan points plus CA$81 (US$ 56) in taxes and fees, applies per passenger.

This award deal offers up to 9 seats on various dates, making it an excellent option for a large group or family to travel to Europe comfortably and affordably.

To boost your balance of Aeroplan points, you can transfer points at a 1:1 ratio from American Express Membership Rewards, Capital One Miles, Chase Ultimate Rewards and Bilt Rewards. You can also transfer Marriott Bonvoy points at a 3:1 transfer ratio, with a 5,000-point bonus for transferring at least 60,000 in a single transaction.

Not only can you take advantage of this points deal, but you’ll likely score a bargain on hotels and other activities by visiting in winter, which is typically low season in Amsterdam and other European cities.

Final Thoughts

With up to 9 business class seats available, now is a good time to fly to Amsterdam with a group of friends or family members by booking award seats on United through Aeroplan. And once you’re in Amsterdam, pretty much all other cities in Europe are a quick flight away, often on low-cost carriers.
