About Choice Hotels
Choice Hotels is among the most recognizable brands, and you’ve probably stayed in one of its hotels even if you didn’t realize it. Its brands include Ascend Hotel Collection, Comfort, Econo Lodge, Quality Inn, and more.
Cambria is a well-known brand if you’re a Choice loyalist; there are 60 hotels open in the U.S. in cities like New York, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C. Seventy more properties, including Austin and Orlando, are currently in the pipeline.
The Cambria Hotel Savannah Downtown Historic District will participate in the Choice Privileges program, meaning guests and earn and redeem points at the property. Rates start at around $120 per night for or 25,000 Choice Privileges points for dates this spring and summer.
Luckily, Choice Privileges points are some of the easiest hotel points you can earn. If you’re looking to book a stay, you can transfer Amex Membership Rewards points or Capital One miles to Choice Privileges at a ratio of 1:1. Citi ThankYou Points transfer to Choice at a 1:2 ratio, meaning you’ll get 2 Choice points for every 1 ThankYou Point transferred.
Furthermore, you can consider opening the Choice Privileges® Mastercard®. This card earns a whopping 15x points per dollar spent at eligible Choice hotels — with no annual fee.
Cambria has officially opened a property in Georgia’s fifth-largest city. This is a smart move, as Savannah is a budding tourism destination and is home to several colleges. And with rates being pretty decent, the Cambria Hotel Savannah Downtown Historic District is an excellent choice!
