Marriott Bonvoy announced on December 6 that it has opened its 100th Delta Hotels property in Dubai.

Here’s what you need to know about the hotel!

New Dubai Hotel Has Nearly 250 Rooms

The Delta Hotels by Marriott, Dubai Investment Park, features a whopping 248 guest rooms and suites.

Amenities at the hotel include an outdoor pool, spa, and fitness center, as well as a restaurant and coffee bar.

The Dubai Investment Park property becomes Delta’s second property in the city, behind the 4-star Delta Hotels Jumeirah Beach, Dubai. That hotel features more than 350 rooms with views of the Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach.

“Our hotel answers a need for streamlined, purposeful hotels in Dubai, providing meaningful utilities for the modern traveler whether on business trips, weekend getaways, or anything in between,” said General Manager Raja Zeidan in a statement. “We look forward to welcoming global travelers and locals alike with our meticulous, efficient service for a flawless stay.”

Dubai is one of the world’s most expensive cities, and that usually extends to hotels across the city.

Luckily, cash and award nights at the Delta Hotels Dubai Investment Park are pretty competitive and won’t set you back considerably. Stays at the property start at just $214 per night, or 18,400 Marriott Bonvoy points per night, for dates in February 2023.

Delta Hotels is part of Marriott’s Classic Premium line — which also includes well-known brands such as Marriott Vacation Club and Sheraton. The brand focuses on small details that matter to travelers and Delta properties feature modern guest rooms with flexible spaces to work and play.

You can find Delta properties in North America, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Central America and the Caribbean.

Marriott says nearly 30 Delta hotels are slated to join the portfolio by the end of the year, including more than 20 in the United Kingdom alone. Additionally, 2023 will see openings in Naples, Italy, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and New York City.

Final Thoughts

Dubai is getting a new, affordable hotel in a prime location near attractions such as the Palm Jebel Ali and the Dubai Marina. Even better, this hotel is affordable whether you’re using cash or points, so if you’re interested in staying in Dubai, you may want to add Delta Hotels Dubai Investment Park to the top of your list!
