Running through July 31, this transfer bonus to the Infinity MileageLands program is worth a look, but there are also a few quirks worth considering before sending your miles over.

Capital One Transfer to EVA Transfer Bonus: Details

Among Capital One’s transfer partners, the Infinity MileageLands program is one of the few that doesn’t use a 1:1 transfer ratio. Normally, transfers occur at a 10:7.5 rate, meaning 1,000 Capital One miles turn into 750 EVA Air miles.

From July 1 to July 31, 2026, however, there’s a 30% transfer bonus. Using this offer, you can turn 1,000 Capital One miles into 975 EVA Air miles — getting closer to a 1:1 transfer ratio, though not quite achieving that rate.

The transfer bonus is listed clearly on Capital One’s website. According to data in our transfer partner calculator, transfers from Capital One to EVA Air take about 24 hours on average, meaning the miles don’t typically show up in your Infinity MileageLands account instantly.

Should You Transfer Miles Using This Bonus?

Transfer bonuses are usually worth getting excited about, but we’ll classify this one as a maybe.

On the one hand, it’s worth pointing out that you can transfer Citi ThankYou Points to EVA Air at a 1:1 ratio any day of the week — beating what Capital One provides even with its 30% transfer bonus this month.

On the other hand, if you don’t have enough Citi points and want to make a redemption with Infinity MileageLands, this transfer bonus means you need to transfer fewer Capital One miles to make it happen. But it’s still not as good as a Citi transfer.

Redeeming Infinity MileageLands miles for EVA Air’s own flights is one of the best ways to use them, as the airline makes extra seats available to its own program members — seats you can’t find through partner programs — and its business class is highly praised.

EVA Air sells miles regularly, but the airline doesn’t allow passengers to book award flights with more than 50% of the miles coming from purchased miles.
