New menus with elevated dishes, new tableware, a more polished service style, and even more Porsche transfers — the Delta One experience is getting a glow up.

The new experience will first be available on Delta’s flights from Los Angeles (LAX) bound for Asia this fall. The enhancements will then roll out across Delta’s entire international Delta One network in early 2027, coinciding with the arrival of the airline’s new Airbus A350-1000s and all-new Delta One suites.

“Delta’s fully reimagined experience is rooted in solving real customer needs and desires, with intentionality behind every detail,” said Ranjan Goswami, Delta’s chief marketing and product officer.

Let’s take a look at the details.

Elevated Food and Beverage Menus

The inflight dining experience was an important focus for the reimagination of Delta One. The airline colaborated with chef Simon Hulston and master sommelier Andrea Robinson to curate new elevated food and drink menus.

New dishes include roasted sea bass, braised lamb, and beef short rib.

However, passenger favorites are likely to be the brand new Wagyu beef burger and Japanese-inspired dishes on flights bound for Japan.

New sweet treats are also on the menu, with Delta‘s dessert cart featuring the airline’s classic sundae, a sorbet that can be served as a Taittinger Champagne float, and a fruit and cheese plate featuring the finest of produce from Napa Valley.

The beverage menu will also get some exciting new additions. A completely refreshed wine menu will include some of Napa’s best bottles, such as Silver Oak, retailing over $200.

In the name of consistency, Delta will rotate its wine menu twice per year, rather than 4 times.

Additonally, Delta will be the first airline to service Blanton — a Kentucky Bourbon — from December 1, 2026. And from November 3, Japanese Dassai 45 sake will be served on all flights to and from Tokyo’s Haneda Airport.

From March 2027, passengers on international routes can choose from a new cocktail menu, including non-alcoholic takes of the popular Hugh Spritz and Paloma cocktails.

To make the dining upgrade complete, Delta is introducing all-new tableware.

New and Additional Amenities

From November 3, 2026, Delta will introduced a new Missoni amenity kit that features an all-new wrist strap designed for post-flight usage.

And for added coziness when sleeping, passengers will be offered a second pillow in the form of a smaller Missoni cuddle pillow.

More Premium Touches, From the Ground to the Plane

Delta wants its new Delta One to feel more premium than ever — aiming for every aspect of the experience, including the hospitality passengers receive on board. An entirely new way of delivering Delta One service has been imagined with the help of over 200 flight attendants over the course of more than a year.

An example of new service elements is the “sip and settle” moment, offering passengers warm nuts and a drink of choice before the first meal.

“From the earliest concepts and through testing and implementation, our flight attendants and teams helped shape this experience with their expertise and insights, ensuring every detail works for our customers while reflecting the hospitality that sets Delta apart,” said Kristen Manion Taylor, senior vice president for brand experience at Delta.

On the ground, Delta plans to increase its number of hybrid Porsche vehicles from 40 to 70 at 15 of its most important airports, happening by 2028. Note that this service is only available for Delta One passengers who book a VIP Select package.

Hot Tip:

There are several ways to book a Delta One flight using points and miles, such as directly via Delta’s SkyMiles program or via SkyTeam alliance partners like Air France-KLM.

Final Thoughts

Delta is betting big on premium and hopes this latest investment in dining, soft product, and passenger experience will take it to the top of the class.

When the all-new Airbus A350-1000 joins the fleet, it will be a truly new Delta One experience from start to finish — one we cannot wait to try out for ourselves.
