The Florida Keys have no shortage of high-end luxury hotels, but a property that just joined the Curio Collection by Hilton has caught our eye. Faro Blanco Resort & Yacht Club Marathon, Curio Collection by Hilton offers a pretty good deal for points enthusiasts in a can’t-be-beat location.

Here’s what you need to know about the resort — and how you can book it with points.

Hotel Reopens After $14 Million Makeover

Faro Blanco Resort & Yacht Club has 125 guest rooms and suites. Each room features a sleeper sofa, free Wi-Fi, skin and hair amenities, a minifridge, and a spacious bathroom.

Amenities include 4 outdoor pools, beach access, a spa (which opens later this year), 40,000 square feet of event space, and 3 restaurants.

Faro Blanco Resort joins Hilton‘s Curio Collection after a $14 million renovation saw updates to the hotel’s guest rooms, amenities, and restaurant. The hotel is 4 miles from Marathon Airport (MTH) and 42 miles from Key West International Airport (EYW).

Curio Collection by Hilton is a collection of handpicked, boutique hotels. With more than 160 hotels worldwide, Curio Collection is known for high-end architecture and design, a robust food and beverage program, and curated experiences.

Booking Faro Blanco Resort & Yacht Club

Faro Blanco Resort is now open for guests after an extensive renovation to become a Curio Collection property.

The resort participates in the Hilton Honors loyalty program. This means you can earn and redeem Hilton Honors points here.

Rates here are cheapest in September, starting around $260 per night, before jumping to nearly $400 nightly in October. (While the hotel does have a resort fee, it includes WiFi, bicycle rentals, beach chairs, a daily cocktail, and more.)

Earning Hilton Honors points is pretty easy, even if you don’t frequent the chain. You can earn them through spending on 1 of the best credit cards for Hilton Honors loyalists, transferring points from American Express Membership Rewards, taking a Lyft, or dining out with Hilton Honors Dining.

Final Thoughts

Faro Blanco Resort offers great deals with cash or points, especially if you visit in the summer or early fall. The hotel offers a ton of amenities for beach-goers, including multiple pools, direct beach access, and a spa. Even better, the hotel is now a Curio Collection, joining 1 of the best curated hotel brands out there!
