“Florida is incredibly popular for Montrealers, but historically the fares have been very high,” said Garth Lund, Chief Commercial Officer at Flair Airline. “Our Florida routes have proven popular across our network and so it’s a natural fit to offer service from Montréal.”

Here are the details of Flair’s new trans-border service.

The new routes will also be Flair’s only international services from Montréal.

Fares start at $115 for round-trip tickets originating in Montréal, and from just $99 when originating in Fort Lauderdale.

This represents significant savings compared to the fares offered by Air Canada and Air Transat who also operate nonstop services on the route.

Meanwhile, the Montréal to Orlando-Sanford service will also operate daily, according to the schedule below:

  • Depart Montréal (YUL) 2:55 p.m. — Arrive Orlando (SFB) 6:10 p.m.

And if you originate in Orlando, you can get an even better deal, with round-trip fares starting at just $92.
