Aha! — a low-budget, U.S. domestic airline — is launching a promotion through which flights can be purchased for 50% off.
Here’s what you need to know!
Travel Between August 1 and September 15, 2022
The small airline has launched its “end of summer” flash sale, where you can book flights at 50% off when you use the promo code SUMMER50.
You can book flights from $39 each way, and the promotion is valid from now until 11:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) on Friday, July 29, 2022.
“We’re thrilled to offer travelers the opportunity to squeeze in a last-minute trip to explore the incredible gaming, dining, spas, all-the-time events lineup, and indoor/outdoor fun of Reno and Lake Tahoe with our best sale of the season at 50% off,” said Tim Sieber, from ExpressJet’s aha! business unit, in a statement.
Here are other terms and conditions you should be aware of before you book:
- The offer is valid for travel between August 1, 2022, and September 15, 2022
- You must book your tickets at least 7 days before travel
- Reservations are non-refundable, so make sure you’re OK with your travel plans
- The following days are which blackout dates apply: September 2 – 5, 2022
Finally, keep in mind that aha! is a budget airline, which means you’ll pay extra fees for checked baggage and seat selection.

With a hub in Reno (RNO), aha! (short for air-hotel-adventure) operates nearly a dozen routes in several West Coast states such as California and Washington with a fleet of Embraer ERJ 145 regional jets. The airline is the “leisure brand” of ExpressJet Airlines, which has been in operation for more than 40 years.

Final Thoughts
While aha! has a limited route network on the West Coast, this is a pretty solid promo if you’re able to take advantage of the deal it works with your schedule. Just make sure to set aside some extra money for things like checked baggage, and don’t forget to book before the deal expires on July 29!
