We finally have details on the highly anticipated opening of the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico. The resort is scheduled to open for guests in mid-November 2025, and reservations are now available.

Before it opens to guests, read on for an overview of the resort, its history, and the best ways to book.

Resort Opens November 20

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico will begin accepting reservations on November 20, 2025. The resort will feature 139 guest rooms and suites, as well as 85 private residences.

The resort is situated along 2 miles of beachfront. It offers a spa, 2 fitness centers, a nature reserve, 2 swimming pools, numerous watersport activities, a golf course, children’s activities, and a diverse selection of 10 dining options.

Guests will be a 30-minute drive from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) and old San Juan, and a short drive from El Yunque National Forest.

The resort will transition from St. Regis Bahia Beach (which is still open, for now) to Four Seasons in November. If you’re interested in booking while it is a Marriott Bonvoy property, award nights start at 88,000 points per night.

Four Seasons is one of the world’s most exclusive brands, with over 100 hotels and resorts open in destinations such as New York, Dubai, and the Maldives.

The brand has a small but growing presence in the Caribbean. Four Seasons has resorts in Anguilla, the Bahamas, and Nevis, and plans to open resorts in Belize and the Dominican Republic in the coming years.

Booking Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico is accepting reservations from November 20, 2025, onward.

Given Four Seasons’ 5-star reputation, you can expect to shell out a lot of money to stay here. We’re seeing rates starting at $1,000 per night.

Unlike other major hotel chains, Four Seasons doesn’t have its own rewards program. However, a handful of its hotels and resorts participate in American Express’ Fine Hotels + Resorts and The Edit by Chase Travel. Booking through these channels comes with premium perks like upgrades, resort credits, and more.

You can also reach out to UP’s very own Leigh Rowan at leighrowan@upgradedpoints.com, a Four Season Preferred Partner who can help book your upcoming Four Seasons trip with extra perks like room upgrades, $100 credit, complimentary daily breakfast, and more.

Hot Tip:

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico is offering a bed and breakfast promotion, including breakfast for 2, providing an opportunity to save some cash.
