Update:The offer mentioned below has expired and is no longer available.

Marriott Bonvoy is out with a new offer for select members for bookings through the rest of the year at Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy. Now through December 31, 2023, any stays at a Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy property will earn double the elite night credits for Titanium Elite and Ambassador Elite members. This might be a great way to boost the amount of elite nights you have in your account to earn or renew your status level.

What Is Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy?

Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy allows guests to stay in a home or villa, instead of the traditional hotel room concept, and still earn Marriott Bonvoy points. The homes are perfect for those that may need a full kitchen, multiple bedrooms, or a longer-term stay option, or for areas that may not necessarily have a convenient hotel. While you don’t get traditional benefits like breakfast or upgrades, booking a home or villa definitely has its place, depending on the type of vacation you’re taking.

The Promotion

Unlike many other promotions, this one is specifically targeted to Marriott Bonvoy’s highest elites at the Titanium Elite or Ambassador Elite rank.

You’ll need to book your stay between October 22, 2023, and December 24, 2023, and then stay by December 31, 2023.

As long as you stay 2 or more nights consecutively at the same property and you spend at least $1,000 for your stay, you’ll receive 10% off your stay and double elite night credit. No registration is required; you simply need to book on the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website.

Hot Tip:

It’s worth noting that Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy stays are usually very pricey, so this certainly won’t be a quick and cheap way to pick up additional night credits.

Final Thoughts

Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite normally requires 75 nights stayed during a year, and an Ambassador Elite usually requires 100 nights a year, so earning double elite night credit can be quite lucrative, but really only if you have a need for one of these Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy stays as it necessitates $1,000 in spending.
