Hilton Garden Inn Bali Nusa Dua, Indonesia

Hilton Garden Inn Bali Nusa Dua is perhaps one of the best hotels we’ve seen from the brand, as resorts are not typically what Hilton Garden Inn is known for.

Park Hyatt Mexico City, Mexico (2026)

The Park Hyatt Mexico City is slated to open in the city’s posh Polanco neighborhood next year. The hotel will offer 155 guest rooms (along with 23 branded residences) with views of Chapultepec Park or the Polanco district. Amenities will include several dining options, a fitness center, a pool, and a spa.

The Landmark Kanpur, India (2026)

Hyatt announced that a new JdV by Hyatt hotel will open in India next year. The Landmark Kanpur will have 170 rooms, a spa, 4 food and beverage options, and more.

Atiara Ubud Bali, A Radisson Collection Resort, Indonesia (2027)

Atiara Ubud Bali, A Radisson Collection Resort, is scheduled to open in 2027. With 52 guest rooms, the resort will feature amenities such as wellness suites, private yoga decks, and jacuzzis. The resort will be located 90 minutes from Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS).

Four Seasons Resort Telluride, Colorado (2028)

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Telluride will become the first 5-star development in 15 years in the Colorado Rockies town. The resort is connected to both a gondola and a ski resort, giving guests ski-in and ski-out access. Amenities will include 2 dining outlets, a fitness center, a spa with a thermal lounge, a cold plunge, and 8 treatment rooms. The resort will also offer a lap pool and an outdoor hot tub.

Choice Adds 50 New Quality Suites Hotels in France

Choice Hotels announced this week that it would nearly double its presence in France by adding 50 new Quality Suites hotels throughout the country. 

The 50 Quality Suites hotels will see Choice’s entry into 30 new cities in France. New hotels will be located in cities such as Marseille, Bordeaux, Rennes, Chambery, Quiberon, and Mèze. 

IHG’s voco Brand Grows in Southern Europe

IHG has signed for or opened 9 new voco hotels across Southern Europe, adding over 1,000 rooms to the brand’s portfolio. Here are some of the hotels either open or in the pipeline:

  • voco Parma & Congressi (2026): This will mark voco’s brand debut in Parma, Italy. The hotel will feature 166 guest rooms, a lounge, a bar, a restaurant, and a wellness center with a fitness area that includes an outdoor pool, a gym, and a sauna. 
  • voco The 7 – Lisbon (2026): This will become voco’s first hotel in Portugal. The hotel will have 71 guest rooms.
  • voco Rome Villa Borghese (2026): As the first voco hotel in Rome, this 154-key property will be located minutes away from Villa Borghese Park.
  • voco Valladolid City (2026): The 80-room hotel will be located in Valladolid, Spain’s city center.
  • voco Nantes (2028): This hotel will feature 127 guest rooms, as well as a restaurant and bar.

Final Thoughts

October kicked off strong, with several new luxury hotels and resorts opening, mainly in Asia. Several other exciting hotels are also in the pipeline, with new properties set to open in Mexico City, the Colorado Rockies, and Indonesia in the coming months and years.
