World of Hyatt points are among the most difficult hotel points to earn due to their limited number of transfer partners. With a new dining promotion, Hyatt is making it a little easier to earn a ton of points this fall and winter. Let’s learn more!

3x Dining Promo Expires December 20

From now through December 20, 2022, you can earn 3x points by dining at participating Hyatt hotel restaurants, up to a maximum of 100,000 bonus points. This offer is valid at hotels, where available, for dine-in, delivery, and takeout. World of Hyatt members earn 5 Base Points for every eligible $1 spent on stays, including dining, spa, and other services at participating hotel locations, meaning they’d earn 15 points per $1 spent with this triple points promotion. Additionally, Discoverist, Explorist, and Globalist members receive a bonus on points: Discoverists earn 10% more Bonus Points on eligible spending, Explorists earn 20%, and top-tier Globalists earn 30% more. Hotel dining typically codes as travel, so make sure to book your reservation with a credit card that earns bonus points on travel purchases, or even one of our best cards for Hyatt loyalists, which is an easy way to double or even triple-dip rewards.

Keep in mind there are several terms and conditions to be aware of before making your dining reservation. This offer is not available at Alua Hotels & Resorts, Breathless Resorts & Spas, Dreams Resorts & Spas, Hyatt Residence Club, Hyatt Zilara, Hyatt Ziva, Sunscape Resort & Spas, Vivid Hotels & Resorts, or Zoëtry Wellness and Spa Resorts. MGM Rewards destinations, Small Luxury Hotels of the World, and Lindblad Expeditions are also not participating in the promotion. Also, note that the offer can’t be used on alcoholic beverage purchases in certain jurisdictions. Charges must be paid directly to the participating hotel and not charged to your room. Finally, this promotion is not valid for purchasing vouchers or gift cards. Hot Tip: The easiest way to see whether your preferred hotel is participating is to visit the Dine Local With 3x Dining website and type in the name of the destination you’re visiting. For instance, a search for Washington, D.C., showed several participating hotels, such as the Grand Hyatt Washington, Hyatt Regency Washington, and Park Hyatt Washington D.C.

Final Thoughts

This is an excellent promotion if you want to add some points to your World of Hyatt account this fall or winter. Make sure you check to see whether your hotel is participating, and make sure to complete your reservations before December 20!
