If you have some high-end Hyatt stays on your calendar, check your Amex Offers to get some cash-back at Park Hyatt and Thompson hotels.

Right now, there is a targeted offer for $60 back after spending a minimum of $300 at Thompon properties, as well as an offer for $150 back after spending $750 or more with Park Hyatt.

These are great offers from hotel brands that don’t typically offer discounts — let’s take a look at the details so you can take advantage of this attractive Amex Offer.

Get a $60 Statement Credit After Spending $300+ at Thompson Hotels

Check your accounts for a new Amex Offer from Hyatt for a $60 statement credit after spending at least $300 in purchases at a Thompson location.

We’ve seen these offers across multiple cards, so make sure you check all of your card accounts. This offer is good for anything that is charged to your Thompson room at select locations around the world.

Here are some details to be aware of:

  • Valid until December 15, 2023
  • Must spend $300 or more at eligible Thompson properties
  • Valid for room rate or room charges
  • Participating properties in the U.S., Mexico, and Spain

To be eligible, you must add the offer to your account and book directly with Hyatt.

Get a $150 Statement Credit After Spending $750+ at Park Hyatt

Save big at one of our favorite luxury brands — Park Hyatt!

While we generally like to use points for our Park Hyatt stays, if you’re paying cash or racking up some incidentals, you can get a $150 statement credit on charges totaling $750 or more.

Details include:

  • Valid until December 15, 2023
  • Must spend $750 or more at eligible Park Hyatt properties
  • Valid for room rate or room charges
  • Participating properties in the Americas, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Oceania, and Africa

This offer is essentially available worldwide, so any upcoming Park Hyatt stay should trigger it.

Best Uses of This Offer

Both of these offers could represent 20% off a stay if optimized. However, both Amex Offers are for expensive brands, so you may need to get creative to maximize your discount.

Either way, you should be able to see some money on your next Thompson or Park Hyatt stay… but where?

Thompson Central Park New York

Thompson Hotels are found in iconic destinations with boutique-hotel feels.

The Thompson Central Park New York often has expensive rates, on par for the city, but the Amex Offer could save you about 10% on a 1-night stay, or more if you booked a Cash + Points rate.

Park Hyatt Mendoza

The Park Hyatt brand is comprised of luxury properties, which often come with hefty price tags. So, hitting the $750 probably won’t be difficult.

However, if you want to maximize this Amex Offer, there are some reasonably priced locations around the world, including the Park Hyatt Mendoza.

With rates starting around $350 per night, this offer could represent a 20% savings on a 2-night stay. Plus, you would earn World of Hyatt points on the full amount.

Hot Tip:

Earn extra points on your stays by stacking these offers with the World of Hyatt Bonus Journeys Promotion!

Final Thoughts

It’s been a while since we’ve seen an Amex Offer for Hyatt, so be sure to check to see if you were targeted. We love staying at these Hyatt brands, so being able to save some money makes the stay that much sweeter!
