If you’re headed to the U.S. Open Tennis Championships in New York this year, there are a host of events occurring from sponsors and brands. That includes activations from IHG, the official hotel partner of the tournament.

Here’s what you can expect.

IHG Racquet Cruiser

New for 2026, the IHG Racquet Cruiser is a complimentary premium motorcoach that will transport eligible guests from Arthur Ashe Stadium to select IHG hotels in Manhattan following select U.S. Open sessions.

The ride includes slices from Prince Street Pizza, express facial treatments, match replays, device charging, Wi-Fi, surprise gifts, and more to help tennis fans relax after a day at the tournament.

The participating hotels are located near major transportation hubs such as Penn Station and Grand Central Terminal, making it easier for riders to continue their journey home.

Fans can enter for a chance to ride the IHG Racquet Cruiser at the IHG Racquet Bar inside the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. You’ll need a U.S. Open ticket to access the tournament grounds.

IHG Sponsor Booth

IHG will once again have an onsite activation space during this year’s tournament, offering custom IHG-branded merchandise and other perks for IHG One Rewards members.

Since joining IHG One Rewards is free and easy, it’s worth signing up before your visit. Merchandise and other perks may be limited and available only while supplies last.

IHG Racquet Bar

Whether you’re looking for some shade or a break, the IHG Racquet Bar offers both. This fully stocked bar will serve numerous cold drinks throughout the tournament, which runs from August 23 through September 13, 2026.

The IHG Racquet Bar is also where eligible fans can enter for a chance to ride the new IHG Racquet Cruiser.

IHG’s Watermelon Slice Cocktail Returns

Speaking of the bar, IHG is bringing back its Watermelon Slice cocktail for the 2026 U.S. Open.

The cocktail combines Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut, watermelon juice, elderflower liqueur, and lime. It’s garnished with a watermelon wedge and served in a tennis-themed collectible cup that you can take home as a souvenir.

Final Thoughts

The U.S. Open is one of the biggest sporting events of the year, so any extra perks are welcome. For the 2026 tournament, IHG is offering custom merchandise, its returning Watermelon Slice cocktail, and a chance to ride back to Manhattan aboard the new complimentary IHG Racquet Cruiser.
