Update:

The offer mentioned below has expired and is no longer available.

Numerous airlines are going after unhappy Southwest Airlines customers, hoping to convince them to find a new home. JetBlue has the latest approach, and it’s interesting. You can earn 5,000 bonus points for round-trip flights on routes also operated by Southwest.

You’ll need to book quickly, as this promotion only applies to bookings made on April 4 and April 5, 2025.

Let’s cut to the chase so you can take advantage of this short-lived offer.

JetBlue’s 5,000 Bonus Points Promotion

After Southwest announced big changes, some of its flyers may be looking for a new airline to fly in the future. Some airlines are hoping Southwest’s losses can be their gains. Delta is offering a status match to Southwest flyers, and now American Airlines is doing the same. Now, JetBlue is taking a different approach.

JetBlue‘s latest promotion is dubbed “Routes We Love,” and it applies to bookings made April 4 to 5, 2025. Eligible travel dates under this offer start on April 12 and end on June 19, 2025.

This means you need to book today or tomorrow and fly within the next several weeks. This promotion involves routes on which JetBlue competes with Southwest.

The terms of this offer say that only round-trip bookings qualify, and the 5,000 bonus points are on top of your regular earnings. Just make sure you add your JetBlue TrueBlue number when you book. Only paid reservations qualify for the 5,000 bonus points. Flights booked using any amount of TrueBlue points are excluded.

Hot Tip:

Every trip you take during this promotion, so long as it’s a paid round-trip booking on an eligible route, is eligible for the bonus. You’ll earn TrueBlue points after each qualifying flight. We value 5,000 JetBlue points at $65.
