When are JetBlue badges coming back? They disappeared almost a year ago…

That’s a popular question, Pam. On their website, JetBlue simply says that the program is “on vacation” and they’ll let us know when the program will return. Sorry, we don’t have any additional information.

Another survey webpage that offers TrueBlue points is Jet Opinion.

Thanks for the information, Francheska. Jet Opinion does indeed offer TrueBlue points.

JetOpinions promises 400 points for completing a survey. I unsubscribed and deactivated my account after one “survey”, several minutes of my time and receiving 2 points–after being told that my failing to be Hispanic made me of no interest. The e-mails promising 400 points for completing a survey are horribly deceptive. They have created more ill-will toward JetBlue through this bait & switch than any late flight ever could. I will never get those minutes back. Perhaps they need a survey about people’s happiness with JetOpinions–they might be surprised (or not). If I were in charge of JetBlue, I would think twice before alienating my loyal airline customers in the effort to capture some marketing revenue.

I got the 400 points, I’m white non Hispanic. I’ve been doing the surveys and have almost 600 points after a few days.

How do you combine the points together from the business card and personal card?

Hi Elaine,
If you have the same JetBlue True Blue number associated with each card, then all of the points should pool to the same account.

How do you link a JetBlue credit card to your true blue account?

Hi Kyle,
New payment methods can be linked to your TrueBlue account when you are checking out and paying for a flight on the JetBlue website.

Note that American has been added as a True Blue partner, so you can earn points flying on American and no longer have to worry about those credits expiring as they would in American’s program after 18 months!

I get sent checks from Jetblue mastercard all the time. If I use those for things that don’t take a credit card. Do those earn points?

Hi Kim,
The card terms don’t specify point earning on purchases made with checks provided by Barclays. My guess would be that they would not earn points, but I’d recommend calling the number on the back of your card to verify.

How do they send you checks? I have over 144,000 points never got a check.

Your article says update 2/3/2023, yet it shows a very outdated sign up bonus point value for the JetBlue Plus credit card.

It says my current Chase Sapphire Preferred cards gets Spot Club Platinum status with The Parking Spot for 2 years, 20% off of your first reservation, and points for 1 free day of parking (enroll by October 26, 2023). I have this card and can’t figure out how to do this. May I have some guidance? Thanks!

Hi Jaime – when we reached out to The Spot Club we were advised that this benefit is targeted to select CSP cardholders at this time. Thanks for reading!
