JetBlue will soon start flying to Manchester … but not the one in England.

The New York-based carrier will soon start flights between New York City and Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) in New Hampshire. To celebrate this daily, summer-only service, the carrier is also offering flights starting at just $49.

Here’s what travelers should know about this new service for summer 2025.

JetBlue’s Summer Flights Between JFK and MHT

JetBlue will operate daily, nonstop service between New York (JFK) and Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) in New Hampshire for the 2025 summer season, starting on June 12, 2025. Flight time is under 90 minutes, and these flights are available for sale through October 25, 2025.

This is an interesting development, as JetBlue will stop flying between Boston (BOS) and New York-LaGuardia (LGA) on April 29. That makes this new link between MHT and JFK JetBlue’s only connection from the Boston area to New York City.

JetBlue started flying from Manchester, New Hampshire, less than a month ago, serving 3 destinations in Florida: Fort Lauderdale (FLL), Fort Myers (RSW), and Orlando (MCO). This new service between Manchester and JFK is designed to get travelers to New York early in the day, helping them catch onward flights or attend meetings in the city.

Flights will operate according to the following schedule:

  • Flight 971 departs MHT at 7 a.m. and arrives at JFK at 8:10 a.m.
  • Flight 972 departs JFK at 9:59 p.m. and arrives at MHT at 11:28 p.m.

Flights will be operated by JetBlue’s Airbus A320 aircraft. These planes offer 42 EvenMore seats with extra legroom and 108 economy seats in the Core section of the plane.

Booking These New Flights With Promotional Pricing

To celebrate today’s announcement, JetBlue is offering flights between MHT and JFK starting at $49 each way.

The cheapest fares book into Blue Basic, which is JetBlue’s basic economy fare. These fares allow you to bring a carry-on bag, but you’ll board the aircraft last, and you’ll pay fees for canceling your ticket. Changes after booking aren’t permitted. You also don’t get any free checked luggage allowance.

If you want extras like checked luggage or more legroom, you can purchase Blue (main cabin) or EvenMore seats at a higher cost. For this flight on June 13, 2025, you’ll pay $74 and $104 one-way for these fare types, respectively.

Final Thoughts

JetBlue will operate daily, nonstop service between New York City and the Manchester-Boston airport in New Hampshire. Operated with A320 aircraft, the flight will take under 90 minutes. This service is seasonal, however, running from June 12 to October 25, 2025.
