American Express just added several generous new Amex Offers for select Marriott Bonvoy hotel brands. If maximized, these targeted offers could represent 40% off your stay.

Amex Offer for up to $150 Back at Marriott Hotels

Some Amex cardmembers are seeing targeted Amex Offers to help them save on their next Marriott stay. Here are the offers we’ve seen:

Spend $375 or more, earn $150 back
Spend $400 or more, earn $100 back

If you’ve been targeted for the better $150 back offer, and spend the exact minimum amount to trigger the offer, the value received as a statement credit provides a 40% rebate on spending.

All of these offers are available through July 22, 2026. They must be activated before using them, and the offers are only valid at properties in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.

These offers don’t apply to bookings made with Marriott Bonvoy points or free night awards; they’re only valid on paid stays using the same card you activated the offer on, and you must complete your payment by July 22, 2026. Luckily, you can travel after that date, provided the payment is completed by the deadline.

Other details to keep in mind include:

You can meet the spending requirement in 1 or more transactions.
Reservations must be booked online at Marriott.com, via the Marriott Bonvoy app, or on the website for the applicable brand.
Valid only at participating properties in the U.S. and U.S. territories, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
The offer must be added to your Amex card before making a purchase.

How To Activate Amex Offers

As is often the case with Amex Offers, Marriott Bonvoy offers are targeted, meaning that you may (or may not) have these particular offers in your account.

To check, simply log on to your American Express profile via the website or mobile app and look in the Amex Offers section to see these offers.

Hit the new, easy-to-use plus symbol to add an offer to your card, and it will be ready to use immediately. You must enroll in the offer before purchasing to receive a statement credit or bonus points.

Lastly, you must book directly through Marriott Bonvoy to ensure you will receive your statement credit.

If you happen to have either offer on a Marriott co-branded American Express card, such as the Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant^® American Express^® Card or the Marriott Bonvoy Business^® American Express^® Card, be sure to book and pay for your stay with one of those to earn 6x Marriott Bonvoy points for your stay.
