Marriott Bonvoy has rolled out a new Homes & Villas promotion, and it doesn’t have any minimum spending requirement to earn the bonus points.

This new promotion from Homes & Villas offers double points on reservations made by September 25, and it applies to stays from August 11 to December 31, 2025. However, your reservation must be at least 3 consecutive nights to qualify.

Since Bonvoy members typically earn 5 points per $1 spent with Homes & Villas, this promotion offers 10x earnings on your stay.

10% Discount Offer

We regularly see offers for bonus points, but this sale is offering 10% savings if you book a stay of 2 or more nights by August 31. Eligible stays run through December 19, 2025.

There are no geographic restrictions with this sale, and the most interesting aspect of this offer is that you can get a 10% discount when redeeming Marriott points for your stay.

Unlike previous sales, there’s no minimum spending requirement to qualify for the promotion.
