Earn 40K Points With Homes & Villas

Whether you’re considering a hot or cold destination, booking with Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy during this promotion could be valuable.

If you book a home rental for 2 nights or more at the same property by May 11, 2025, you can earn 40,000 Marriott Bonvoy points on your stay. According to the promotion’s terms and conditions, eligible stays run from June 1, 2025, to January 4, 2026, though you need to register and book by May 11. That means there are numerous dates available for your trip, but you’ll need to find them and make a reservation quickly.

Luckily, there are no geographic restrictions for your stay. However, the cost of your stay must be at least $1,500.

Lastly, you’ll need to hold some level of Marriott Bonvoy Elite status to be eligible for this offer, though any status from Silver Elite or higher is sufficient. Getting Marriott status can be relatively simple.

Here’s a look at the terms of the offer:

  • Registration is required.
  • The stay must be booked on the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website by May 11, 2025.
  • Must stay a minimum of 2 consecutive nights and cost at least $1,500.
  • Stay between June 1, 2025, and January 4, 2026.
  • Available on paid nights only; award nights are ineligible for this promotion.
  • Bonus points will post to your account within 72 hours of a qualifying stay.
Hot Tip:

If you do take advantage of this offer, you’ll definitely want to book with your Marriott Bonvoy co-branded credit card to earn up to 17x points per dollar spent at Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy.

Is It Worth It?

The Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy portfolio includes a wide variety of properties. They’re typically not cheap, so if you’re looking for budget-friendly pricing, these reservations probably aren’t for you.

These properties are like true homes or private apartments, far different from a normal full-service hotel room. They’re great for families, ski trips, corporate retreats, or anyone else who needs a large space for a getaway.

We value Marriott Bonvoy points at 0.7 cents apiece. You’ll earn 5x points with Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy, providing a 3.5% return on spending. You’ll also qualify for earning bonuses if you have Marriott Bonvoy elite status.

On top of that, you could earn 40,000 bonus points by spending $1,500 during this promotion. Those points are worth $280, representing an 18.67% return on spending.
