We may be compensated when you click on product links, such as credit cards, from one or more of our advertising partners. Terms apply to the offers below. See our Advertising Policy for more about our partners, how we make money, and our rating methodology. Opinions and recommendations are ours alone.

Update: The offer mentioned below has expired and is no longer available.

When you book a meeting or event at a Radisson Hotels Americas property by the end of September to take place prior to the end of the year, you can earn triple the points that you normally would by hosting such an event. If you’re a meeting planner or have your hand in organizing conferences, this can be a great way to pick up some extra points.

The Planners 3X Peak Points Offer

In order to take advantage of this offer, you’ll need to abide by these terms:

  • Your event needs to take place at a Radisson hotel in either the U.S., Canada, Latin America, or the Caribbean. You can plan your event at any of these brands: Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Park Inn by Radisson, Park Plaza, Radisson, Radisson Blu, Radisson Collection, Radisson Individuals, and Radisson RED.
  • Your event must be booked by September 30, 2022 — anything after this date will not qualify you to earn the triple points. The event must be held prior to December 31, 2022.
  • You can earn a maximum of 100,000 bonus points through this offer, so keep in mind that there is a cap and if you have multiple events planned that exceed that amount, you may want to have another meeting planner be attached to the event to earn the bonus points.
  • To earn points for this promotion, you need to be a Planner Member of Radisson Rewards for Business Americas. You need to register prior to reserving your event.

Normally, you’d earn 5 points per dollar spent on meetings and events, however, this promotion allows you to earn triple that amount … a clear incentive to try and bring back meetings and functions in a post-COVID-19 era.

For more information, you can visit the promotion’s website.

Eligible events that may qualify for this offer could include business meetings, corporate functions, weddings, banquets, graduation parties, holiday parties, or other similar functions. If you have your hand in organizing one of these events, you may consider whether it’s worth hosting it at a Radisson hotel to earn the triple points.

Final Thoughts

While earning points under this promotion is primarily geared towards professionally organizing events, it may be useful to others who have a hand in organizing an event and may want to host it at a Radisson hotel for extra points. You’ll want to consider the cost of the event and whether it makes sense to host it at a Radisson hotel before committing.
