Hilton Hotels has just opened a new, boutique-style property in the popular Mériadeck district of Bordeaux, France.
Hilton is undertaking a significant expansion of the Tapestry brand, as this opening marks the brand’s third European property to debut this year. Tapestry Collection properties encourage guests to explore the local area, and the hotels are typically located in popular areas.
The Marty Hotel Bordeaux is no different. Guests looking to be in the center of the action will appreciate the hotel’s prime location: just a 10-minute walk downtown and the Mériadeck shopping mall, while the Bordeaux Saint Jean railway station is 2 miles away.
“Today, we welcome Marty Hotel Bordeaux, Tapestry Collection by Hilton to our expanding portfolio in France,” said Matt Schuyler, the chief brand officer at Hilton. “This hotel will authentically connect guests to the culture and charm of the area and is an exciting addition to our growing collection of Lifestyle properties in France.”
How to Book With Hilton Honors Points
The hotel will participate in the Hilton Honors program, meaning guests can earn and redeem points for stays. Hilton uses variable award pricing, which can result in cheaper or more expensive rates depending on when you travel.
You’ll find the cheapest rates starting at 38,000 Hilton Honors points per night for dates this spring and summer. However, many dates hover in the 50,000 point-per-night range.
A new boutique hotel is always appreciated, especially if you’re visiting a destination where you’ll be exploring and not spending much time in your room. While the Marty Hotel Bordeaux isn’t the largest hotel in the city and doesn’t offer as many amenities, it’s well-designed with features specific to a Tapestry Collection property. Plus, it’s in a prime location near many popular attractions.
