South Florida has no shortage of high-end hotels and resorts. Marriott Bonvoy seeks to add to that landscape with a new Autograph Collection resort coming later this year, just a short distance from Palm Beach.

Before it opens, here’s everything you need to know about the resort.

Numerous Resort Amenities, Including a Members-Only Golf Course

The Belgrove, Autograph Collection has 150 guest rooms and suites, plus 22 villas.

Many resorts in Florida are spacious in a bid to keep guests on property, and The Belgrove is no exception. Guests have a whopping 5 dining outlets to choose from, such as a pool bar and American brasserie.

Amenities include separate adult- and family-friendly pools, a spa, a fitness center, 25,000 square feet of meeting spaces, and — something we don’t see often — a members-only golf course. The 7,300-yard Dutchman’s Pipe, opening at the end of the year, will be open to guests at the resort, despite the course typically requiring a membership. The space will also feature tennis, pickle, and padel courts.

“Our mission is to cultivate an ambiance of British Caribbean hospitality throughout our rooms and suites,” said Kai Fischer, managing director of The Belgrove. “Each room is meticulously designed to evoke a sense of refined tranquility, providing an escape from the demands of daily life.”

Marriott says the hotel will open “at the end of 2024,” though we don’t have an exact date just yet.

Bottom Line:

Marriott says the resort — which joins other nearby Marriott properties such as Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa — has been “years in the making.” The resort is just 6 miles from Palm Beach International Airport (PBI).

Booking The Belgrove, Autograph Collection

The Belgrove, Autograph Collection will participate in the Marriott Bonvoy rewards program, allowing you to earn and redeem points at the resort.

While it’s not yet open, we have an idea of what you can expect to pay. The cheapest rates are in early 2025 and the month June, starting at around $530 per night.

Given the high cash rates, we recommend using Marriott Bonvoy points. And compared to cash prices, it’s a pretty solid deal: awards start at 50,000 points per night.

It shouldn’t be too hard to earn 50,000 Marriott Bonvoy points (what you’ll need for 1 night here). Thanks to several transfer partnersco-branded credit cards, and non-hotel earning options, Marriott points are some of the easiest to earn.

Final Thoughts

This is an impressive resort from Marriott that should be popular with guests looking for ways to maximize their Bonvoy points. That’s primarily due to its low award redemption rates and high-end amenities, which include a private golf course available to guests.
