A new lounge has opened at Lima Jorge Chavez International Airport (LIM) in Peru, and it’s open to Priority Pass Select members. And it’s not just any lounge. It’s the largest The Club lounge ever, and it’s the first location in the Americas to have beds.

Here’s what you need to know about the new lounge and what it offers.

The Club Lima Is the Network’s Largest Lounge

At nearly 20,000 square feet, The Club Lima just became the largest lounge in the network.

It has many of the standard amenities travelers have come to expect from the lounge network: complimentary snacks and beverages, TVs with flight information, workstations, shower facilities, and more.

However, there’s an interesting twist: This lounge also has a sleep-and-fly concept with single and double nap pods. These compact spaces include beds with soundproof accommodations, storage compartments, and charging ports. Plus, the lounge is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This is a feature commonly found at European airports, and sleep-and-fly amenities are available at a few airports in the Middle East. Additionally, several YOTEL airside hotels are located inside terminals at airports in Europe, including Amsterdam (AMS), Paris (CDG), and London Gatwick.

The lounge network previously discussed a January 2025 opening date. However, the lounge’s opening was pushed back to March and then to May, due to delays with the new terminal in Lima. The new terminal began limited operations earlier this month, and full service will begin on June 1, 2025.

Bookings are available at sleep-n-fly.com.

How To Get Into The Club Lounges

If you aren’t familiar with it, The Club is a network of airport lounges found across the U.S., London, and Hong Kong.

These lounges are available to guests through the Priority Pass network; however, passengers can also purchase lounge passes. Most The Club lounges offer standard airport amenities, such as free food and drinks, complimentary Wi-Fi, and workstations.

The easiest way to access The Club lounges is to join the Priority Pass lounge network. While you could pay a $50 entry fee, having a credit card with Priority Pass included is better if you travel frequently.

Priority Pass Select membership gets you access to more than 1,300 airport lounges worldwide. The benefit is included with cards like The Platinum Card® from American Express, Chase Sapphire Reserve®, and Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Card (enrollment required).

Bottom Line:

With any of the credit cards mentioned above, you’ll get access to other lounge networks, such as the Centurion Lounges (Amex), Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club (Chase), and Capital One Lounges.

Final Thoughts

A new lounge is open in Lima with an interesting concept: private sleep pods that are open 24/7. This is particularly exciting news because the lounge is available to Priority Pass select members, and that’s a benefit that comes included with many premium credit cards.
