United Airlines is expanding its route network from its Denver hub, offering 8 new flights from the Mile High City. Among them, United will offer its first nonstop service from Denver to Rome.

With the new flights, United will serve more than 160 domestic and 20 international destinations from Denver. Here’s a look at these new routes, which go on sale today.

United’s 7 New North American Routes From Denver

United Airlines serves more destinations from its Denver (DEN) hub than all other carriers at DEN combined. That list is getting even bigger, as United will add 7 domestic flights from Denver in the first half of 2025.

These flights will offer both first class and economy seating, regardless of aircraft type.

United will be the only carrier providing nonstop service on several of these routes, including North Bend, Redding, Regina, and Wilmington. On the Peoria route, United will compete with Allegiant Air, while it will face competition with both Southwest Airlines and Frontier Airlines on flights to Buffalo and Pensacola.

United’s New Flight to Rome

Operating from May 1 to September 24, 2025, United will launch its first nonstop flight from Denver to Rome, serving Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (FCO). Flights will operate daily using a Boeing 787-9 aircraft offering more than 250 seats — including 48 lie-flat seats in the Polaris business cabin.

DEN-FCO has a flight distance of 5,563 miles and will last 10.5 hours.
