Update:

The offer mentioned below has expired and is no longer available.

Last week, JetBlue and TAP Air Portugal revealed enhancements to their reciprocal loyalty benefits for their JetBlue TrueBlue and TAP Portugal’s Miles&Go loyalty programs.

Today, we’re seeing TAP business-class award availability on nonstop flights from the U.S. to Lisbon (LIS) from November 2025 through January 2026.

There are as many as 9 seats per flight available in business class. Therefore, if you’re trying to get to Europe at the end of the year, take a look and see if there are dates that work with your schedule.

Portugal Business Class Award Deal — Details

Just days after JetBlue and TAP Air Portugal announced reciprocal loyalty benefits, one of which is the ability to earn and redeem TrueBlue points on TAP Air Portugal, we found an abundance of dates from November 2025 to January 2026 with up to 9 business class award seats up for grabs from the U.S. to Portugal.

Here are the details of this award deal:

  • Class: Business
  • Routes: Boston (BOS) and New York-Kennedy (JFK) to Lisbon (LIS)
  • Dates: November 2025 to January 2026
  • Rates: From 59,000 points plus $5.60 in taxes and fees

You can start your search at JetBlue.com or use a tool like Seats.aero to compare multiple dates and cities.

Best Ways To Book

You can book a one-way business class ticket through JetBlue TrueBlue for the cheapest 59,000-point rate from Boston (BOS) and New York (JFK).

JetBlue TrueBlue points are easy to earn, thanks to partnerships with American Express Membership Rewards, Chase Ultimate Rewards, and Citi ThankYou Rewards. You also can earn points with JetBlue’s trio of co-branded credit cards.

Soon after the news of reciprocal loyalty benefits between JetBlue TrueBlue and TAP Portugal’s Miles&Go came about, we noticed an increase in TAP Portugal redemptions using TrueBlue points from places other than the Northeast, such as Chicago, Los Angeles, and Miami.

Nonetheless, one-way awards from the Northeast U.S., such as the flights from New York and Boston to Portugal in this deal, still require 59,000 points for business class. If you’re willing to fly across the Atlantic in economy, there are even more dates with space than business class from various U.S. cities starting at 19,000 points.

Final Thoughts

Finding nonstop awards in business class to Europe for the end of this year and the start of next year is excellent news. You can walk down Lisbon’s cobblestone streets or head further to places like Porto and Cascais. Wherever you’re headed, there’s currently a ton of award availability on TAP Portugal through the end of the schedule.
