Fortunately, LifeMiles are spectacularly easy to earn thanks to their partnerships with American Express Membership Rewards, Capital One Miles, and Citi ThankYou points, which transfer over to Avianca at a 1:1 ratio.

However, the cheapest way to book these flights is through ANA, charging you 100,000 miles round-trip for your flight and just $62 in taxes and fees. You can earn ANA miles by transferring over your Amex points to ANA at a 1:1 ratio.
