Check your emails and your online accounts, because World of Hyatt is targeting certain members with Free Night Awards and up to 90,000 bonus points. The Free Night Awards should be easy to get for most travelers, but you’ll need to spend a lot of nights with Hyatt to earn the full bonus if you have the 90 offer — although that might already be in your plans.

Let’s take a look at the details we are seeing right now.

New World of Hyatt Targeted Promotion for Free Night Awards

Be sure to check your emails and the Hyatt app to see if you were targeted for an exclusive offer that could earn you 1 Free Night Award after qualifying stays. You’ll need to register by August 4, 2025, for this offer.

The nice thing about this offer is that it applies to stays of 2 nights or more nights when you book an eligible rate — such as directly with Hyatt — or when you redeem points for free night awards.

Our team is currently seeing 2 different offers:

  • Earn a Free Night Award toward a Category 1-4 hotel with a qualifying 2-night stay
  • Earn a Free Night Award toward a Category 1-4 hotel with a qualifying 3-night stay

Obviously, the more attractive offer is staying 2 nights to earn a free night. You can try to register here for that offer. If you weren’t targeted for that, register here for the 3-night offer.

Once you register for the offer, you will have 90 days to complete your stay. However, the Free Night Award is only valid for 6 months. But if you were already planning on these stays, registering will cost you nothing, and you will end up with a valuable free night certificate. Just understand that the nights in these offers must be consecutive nights in a single reservation to qualify.

New World of Hyatt Targeted Promotion for Double Elite Nights

How would you like double elite night credits on your path to Hyatt elite status? You can earn up to 10 bonus elite nights using this offer. Try registering here.

New World of Hyatt Targeted Promotion for up to 90K Bonus Points

There’s another new World of Hyatt targeted promotion you should also know about, and it offers up to 90,000 bonus points. Not everyone will be eligible for this offer, but you can try to register here.

Only stays after registration count, and this offer provides bonus points on stays within 90 days of registration.

Bonus points in this offer are awarded in tiers, starting at 5 nights stayed at Hyatt properties within 90 days of registering for this promotion. To unlock the full bonus, you’ll need to stay 45 nights in the next 90 days — so 1 out of every 2 nights for the promotion period.

You can earn a maximum of 90,000 bonus points with this offer. Eligible nights include both paid stays and stays where you redeemed World of Hyatt points.

Hot Tip:

Hyatt is also sending out targeted promotional offers where you can earn double elite nights, free night awards, bonus points, and more. So, check your inbox or log in to your World of Hyatt account to see whether you’ve been targeted for any of these promotions.

Is It Worth It?

We value Hyatt points at 1.5 cents apiece. That means earning 90,000 bonus points is worth $1,300 — solid value in a promotion if you’re able to maximize it.

However, to maximize this offer, you’ll need to spend 50% of your nights in Hyatt hotels over the next 90 days. That’s not realistic for many people and may cost more than the points are worth. Ideally, you would register for this offer when you’ve already booked Hyatt stays coming up, maximizing your earnings without severely altering your travel plans.

As for the other targeted offers, staying 2 or 3 nights at a Hyatt may already be in your plans, so it is definitely worth registering and earning a Free Night Award. Other offers reward you with bonus points after meeting certain thresholds, and these can be a nice bonus — though certainly not worth going out of your way to earn 1,000 points per night, for example.

Final Thoughts

The ability to earn lots of World of Hyatt points and a Free Night Award is welcome news for anyone targeted for these offers. There’s an eye-popping bonus available, but it requires a lot of stays — more stays than most people are planning in the next 90 days. For those able to maximize it, though, the rewards can be lucrative.

Previously, Hyatt sent emails to members targeted for these offers. Very few members are seeing emails this time around, so make sure to check the website or mobile app after logging in to your account. And make sure to register, of course.
