Wyndham, one of the world’s largest hotel chains, announced a new brand early this morning: Dazzler Select by Wyndham.

There’s a lot to go over, so let’s take a look at Wyndham’s newest brand.

New Brand Joins Wyndham’s Lifestyle Portfolio

Dazzler Select by Wyndham is a new economy lifestyle brand from Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. Each property is unique, and the brand aims to provide “affordable stays with character.”

The brand standards for Dazzler Select by Wyndham hotels are pretty strict. All hotels must have a guest rating of 4.0 or higher. Additionally, hotels will offer free Wi-Fi for Wyndham Rewards members, 24-hour water and coffee stations, and a complimentary breakfast item per guest.

The Dazzler Select by Wyndham brand will join the Lifestyle segment, which includes other brands like TRYP by Wyndham, Trademark Collection by Wyndham, and Wyndham Alltra.

While Wyndham doesn’t receive as much attention in the U.S. as chains like Hilton and Marriott, it is the largest hotel chain by number of properties. Wyndham has more than 8,300 hotels in approximately 100 countries on 6 continents.

Wyndham is expanding its lifestyle portfolio with Dazzler Select, a new economy boutique brand focused on affordable stays with personality. With strict quality standards, perks like free Wi-Fi and breakfast, and Wyndham’s massive global footprint, travelers can expect more character-driven options within the world’s largest hotel chain.

Florida Hotel Becomes Dazzler Select by Wyndham’s Flagship

So far, there’s only 1 hotel in the new brand’s portfolio: Magic Moment Resort & Kids Club, Dazzler Select by Wyndham, located in Kissimmee, Florida.

Magic Moment Resort has joined the Wyndham Rewards portfolio; however, award rates are not yet available for booking. We’ll keep an eye out and update this post as soon as we have more information. If you’re interested in booking a cash stay, you’ll find rates as low as $75 nightly.

The family-friendly hotel is just minutes from Walt Disney World, and a short distance from SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Orlando Resort. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is just 20 minutes away from the resort.

The resort is designed for families with children, offering themed rooms inspired by popular brands, including Barbie and Minecraft. The pet-friendly hotel offers complimentary breakfast, a gym, a pool, a game room, a playground, and a kids’ club. For the adults, amenities include a bar and meeting and event spaces.

Wyndham says it has inked deals for 2 additional Dazzler Select by Wyndham hotels, though the brand is keeping mum on where they’ll be located. Wyndham says it has plans to open 50 hotels within the next 5 years.

Final Thoughts

A new hotel brand is always great news, so we were excited to see the launch of Dazzler Select by Wyndham. While there’s only 1 hotel open so far, Wyndham plans to open 50 properties in the next 5 years, a sign that Dazzler Select by Wyndham is a significant investment for the brand.
