Update:The offer mentioned below has expired and is no longer available.

Wyndham tends to offer many promotions throughout the year — but its latest is a particularly lucrative one.

When you stay 4 (or more) consecutive nights at participating Wyndham hotels worldwide, you’ll receive 15,000 Wyndham points, which can get you up to 2 free nights in some of Wyndham’s lowest-category hotels.

Let’s go over the fine print.

Promotion Details

You’ll earn 15,000 bonus points after you stay 4 consecutive nights at eligible Wyndham properties. If you stay 3 consecutive nights, you’ll still earn 10,000 points, and if you stay 2 consecutive nights, you’ll earn 5,000 points. The more you stay in a row, the more points you earn.

There are several things to keep in mind:

  • You must register for the promotion and book your stay directly through Wyndham by August 31, 2023
  • You’re required to complete your nights by September 5, 2023
  • You’ll receive your bonus points 2-4 weeks after you complete your stays
  • This promotion is only valid for 1 stay, so even if you stay multiple times for multiple consecutive nights, you’ll only earn the bonus points on the first stay.

What Are 15,000 Wyndham Points Worth?

As one of the few hotel loyalty programs to maintain an award chart, there are only three tiers to redeem your Wyndham points: 7,500, 15,000, or 30,000 points per night.

Therefore, the 15,000 bonus points from this promotion can amount to 2 free nights that cost 7,500 points per night.

However, you’re not obligated to use your free nights in the lowest-category room. You could book a mid-range hotel at 15,000 points per night, and only stay 1 free night. Otherwise, you could save your 15,000 points to stay at one of Wyndham’s nicer properties that cost 30,000 points per night.

While Wynddham has more than 2,000 properties at the 7,500-points benchmark, the vast majority are budget hotels such as a Days Inn, Super 8, or Travelodge.

Hot Tip: Check out some of the best ways to redeem Wyndham Rewards points for maximum value — from a beach resort in Rhodes, Greece to posh hotels in New York City.

Final Thoughts

While this offer can certainly lucrative, many of Wyndham’s budget brands can be paid for with cash for quite cheap. If you save your points toward a higher-tier award night, you can definitely get value outsized value from this promotion.
