IHG’s First Vignette Collection Hotel in the Americas Opens in Washington, D.C.

IHG announced on February 14, 2023, the debut of its first Vignette Collection property in the Americas, Yours Truly DC, located in Washington, D.C.

Yours Truly DC Has 300+ Rooms

Yours Truly, located in D.C.’s posh Dupont Circle neighborhood, features 355 guest rooms and suites.

The hotel features several dining options, including D.C. cult-favorite breakfast spot, Call Your Mother. Amenities include a barbershop, gym, 15,000 square feet of meeting and event spaces, and a 3,400-square-foot ballroom. The hotel is within walking distance of Dupont Circle Metro Station on the Red Line and a 15-minute drive to Washington Reagan National Airport (DCA).

The Vignette Collection is part of IHG’s “Luxury & Lifestyle” portfolio and includes distinct luxury hotels.

Yours Truly DC becomes the Vignette Collection’s fourth hotel, joining Hotel X Brisbane Fortitude Valley in Australia, Sindhorn Midtown Hotel Bangkok in Thailand, and Casa da Companhia in Portugal. Future locations will be found in Mexico, Oregon, and Saudi Arabia, among others. The brand has more than a dozen hotels in the pipeline, and more than 100 properties worldwide will join over the next decade.

Choosing the nation’s capital as the first Vignette Collection location in the Americas wasn’t a coincidence.

Claire Bennett, IHG’s Global Chief Customer Officer, said that the new D.C. hotel “sets the stage for [the] growth of Vignette Collection across the Americas.”

“The global success of the brand in just over a year since launch, with four hotels already welcoming guests in cities like Bangkok and Brisbane, speaks to our focus on delivering one-of-a-kind hotels and memorable experiences alongside a commitment to more responsible travel,” Bennett said in a statement.

Yours Truly DC joins 12 other IHG hotels in and around Washington, including the InterContinental The Willard and Kimpton Hotel Monaco.

Award nights at Yours Truly DC start at just 25,000 IHG One Rewards points. IHG One Rewards points are straightforward to earn. The chain offers several co-branded credit cards with massive welcome bonuses (up to 175,000 points), and all cards include some form of elite status.

Another way to earn IHG One Rewards is through transfer partners. Chase Ultimate Rewards points and Bilt Rewards transfer to IHG One Rewards points at a 1:1 ratio, with a minimum transfer of 1,000 points.
