You won’t need to go to an airport to enjoy an American Express lounge — at least temporarily.

1850 by American Express offers a pop-up experience on the Las Vegas Strip for those with American Express’ most premium cards. This lounge corresponds with the timing of the Formula 1 Grand Prix and will be available for Las Vegas visitors and residents alike from November 13 to December 17, 2025.

Let’s take a look at the details of this new space and how you and your guests can get in.

Details of 1850 by American Express Pop-Up Lounge

American Express today announced a new pop-up lounge for Las Vegas, which will welcome guests from November 13 to December 17, 2025. This aligns well with the Formula 1 Grand Prix that’s coming to Las Vegas from November 20 to 22.

The name, 1850 by American Express, is a call-out to the year the company was founded — and it’s inside the ARIA Resort on the Strip.

During its multiweek run, the lounge will be open from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. daily. It will include live DJs, a photo booth, complimentary drinks, and light bites. There will also be giveaways and an MGM Resorts concierge (since ARIA is part of MGM).

How To Access 1850 by American Express

As with typical Amex Centurion Lounges, you can’t pay to get in. Instead, you need to hold one of the most premium American Express cards.

Complimentary access is available to those with the Platinum Card® from American Express, The Business Platinum Card® from American Express, or the invite-only Centurion® Card from American Express. Those with Platinum-level cards can bring 1 guest. Those with Centurion-level cards can bring up to 3 guests into the lounge.

Members can make reservations through Resy, though walk-in visits are possible — subject to available space.

Final Thoughts

For a few weeks in November, you won’t find the hottest Amex lounge in an airport. Instead, it’ll be the 1850 by American Express inside ARIA on the Las Vegas Strip. It will be open from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. daily from November 13 to December 17.

Access to the lounge is complimentary for those with Amex Platinum- and Centurion-level cards. Reservations are available online, and we expect them to be snapped up quickly.
