How To Book

These new flights are already available for sale on Allegiant’s website. However, the majority of them aren’t available on Google Flights yet.

When it’s time to book your flight, you can redeem points from the Allegiant Allways Rewards program at 1 cent each toward the cost of your reservation.

If you aren’t booking with points, pay with one of the best credit cards for airfare purchases. These will help you earn extra points on your purchase and can add valuable travel protections in case you experience problems during your trip.

Remember that Allegiant is a low-cost airline, so you’ll pay extra for things like checked bags and choosing a seat in advance.

Hot Tip:

Those who fly with Allegiant regularly should consider the Allways Rewards Visa® card. It comes with priority boarding, a complimentary onboard drink, and buy-1-get-1-free flight offers when you purchase an Allegiant vacation package — all for just a $59 annual fee. Plus, you’ll earn 3 points per $1 spent on Allegiant purchases.

Final Thoughts

Allegiant is rolling out 7 new routes, kicking off this November. Among them, you’ll find 3 different routes serving Fort Myers, an airport the carrier hasn’t served previously. You’ll also find a new route to nearby Punta Gorda, as well as another to Fort Lauderdale — a clear indication that Florida is a key part of Allegiant’s plans.
