Update:

The offer mentioned below has expired and is no longer available.

Tennis fans heading to Flushing, New York, this year to take in the U.S. Open Tennis Championships have plenty to look forward to.

In addition to the world-class tennis matches, American Express cardmembers can enjoy a long list of on-site benefits, from lounge access to swag and exclusive savings.

Some of these perks require a reservation, so let’s look at the details.

Centurion Lounge

One of the biggest perks for select cardmembers at this year’s U.S. Open is the Centurion Lounge — reserved for those with The Platinum Card® from American Express or the Centurion® Card from American Express.

Note that for this year, The Business Platinum Card® from American Express and the Business Centurion® Card from American Express are excluded from this list.

Located on the second level of Louis Armstrong Stadium in the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, this exclusive pop-up lounge will feature restaurant-worthy bites from Chef Michael Solomonov and Chef Kwame Onwuachi, 2 award-winning partners from the new Culinary Collective by The Centurion Lounge.

Plus, cardmembers can sip and savor a “thoughtful selection” of cocktails designed by renowned Bar Director Harrison Ginsberg of Overstory.

To access the U.S. Open Centurion Lounge, you need to make a reservation via Resy. However, there will also be an option for waitlist access during the event. Same-day reservations are available at 9:30 a.m. local time each day, starting on August 24, 2025.

Amex Platinum cardmembers can make U.S. Open Centurion Lounge reservations for up to 2 people, while Centurion members may make reservations for up to 4 people. Reservations provide lounge access for 1 hour, and you can only make 1 reservation per day.

Card Member Lounge

If you can’t snag a reservation at the Centurion Lounge, don’t worry. All Amex cardmembers will have free access to the American Express Card Member Lounge on the second level of the American Express U.S. Open Fan Experience.

This air-conditioned space will feature a long list of goodies, including a Hat Patch Bar and a Lace-It-Up Station where card members can personalize shoelaces with signature colors, patterns, and charms.

Card members can also enjoy “Open Tasting Flights,” which will include the signature cocktail of the U.S. Open, the Grey Goose Honey Deuce, alongside a Dobel Tequila Ace Paloma, an Aperol Spritz, and a glass of Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut.

Each cardmember can bring 2 guests into the lounge with them.

American Express Radios

With many matches playing simultaneously, you may want to watch one and listen to another.

Cardmembers will have access to American Express Radios, which will carry the ESPN live broadcast, so you won’t miss out on any action.

Radios will be available for pick up at 5 locations across the grounds, including the Main Entry, Fountain Plaza (near Arthur Ashe Stadium), Court 13, Grandstand, and Arthur Ashe Club Level.

These earpiece radios are limited to 1 per card and only while supplies last.

Fan Experience

Everyone loves a souvenir or something to remember a fun experience, and there will be no shortage of either at the 2025 U.S. Open.

Final Thoughts

The U.S. Open is one of the most popular sporting events of the year — and the most prestigious tennis tournament in the U.S. — so getting special perks and discounts is always welcome.

For Amex card members, the benefits are plentiful this year. Just be sure to make a reservation in advance if you want to guarantee access to the Centurion Lounge.

Besides that, grab a cocktail and enjoy some world-class tennis matches!
