American Express has rolled out a new Amex Offer that can get you $300 back when you spend $1,200 or more with Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy through December 17, 2024.

This is a great way to save on your next vacation, and these unique stay offerings from Marriott allow you to get away from a traditional hotel environment.

Let’s dive into how you can maximize this promotion for your next stay!

Marriott Homes & Villas Amex Offer Details

If you are targeted for this Amex Offer, you have until December 17, 2024, to book and stay in a Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy property to receive the $300 back, so long as you spend $1,200 or more.

This can be in 1 or more transactions, perfect for those who may be planning shorter, cheaper trips. This offer is only for homes in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. Remember that you must first add the offer to your card and then pay with that same card to receive the $300 statement credit. As these are targeted offers, not everyone will see this Amex Offer on their card.

Remember that this offer does not cover traditional Marriott hotels, so you’ll want to ensure you’re booking a Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy property when reserving. Furthermore, spending exactly $1,200 would provide a 25% rebate, which is an incredible amount if you can take advantage of the offer for travel this fall or winter.

Getting up to 25% back is not something you should overlook if you have to book a vacation home anytime soon!

Hot Tip:

You can also earn elite night credits when booking a Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy stay, so long as you add your Marriott Bonvoy number to the reservation.

About Marriott Homes & Villas

Many people only associate hotels with Marriott, but the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy brand offers various premium and luxury rental homes, similar to an Airbnb offering but up to Marriott’s standards.

Properties tend to be single-family-type homes or apartments with full kitchens, living areas, bedrooms, and, in some cases, private pools and other luxury amenities.

This could be a great alternative to other home-sharing sites if you were targeted for this offer and are looking to earn some valuable Marriott Bonvoy points and elite nights.

Final Thoughts

If you’re looking for more private or secluded accommodations, Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy could be perfect for you. With this latest Amex Offer, you can save up to 25% when you spend $1,200 or more.
