Save on Your Next MGM Resorts Stay With This Amex Offer

A new targeted Amex Offer gives cardholders a chance to save $80 on a minimum purchase of $400 at select MGM Resorts in the U.S.

To qualify, you’ll need to book directly through mgmresorts.com, the MGM app, or by phone — third-party bookings won’t count. Participating properties include popular spots like Mandalay Bay, MGM Grand, Park MGM, NoMad Las Vegas, and several others in cities like Las Vegas, Atlantic City, and Biloxi.

The offer is only valid on room rates and room charges (paid in U.S. dollars) made during the promotional period and excludes gift cards, air + hotel packages, and prepaid stays.

If you’re targeted and meet the minimum spend requirement, your statement credit should post within 90 days of September 25, 2025, once Amex receives the transaction info from MGM.

Save on Stays at Aria, Bellagio, and The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas

Additionally, you’ll want to check your accounts for a new Amex Offer for a $140 statement credit after spending $700 or more at Aria, Bellagio, and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

Offers are targeted, meaning not everyone will see this offer in their accounts. If you do, you need to add it to your card and use that same card to make qualifying purchases.

This is a solid, straightforward Amex Offer with a trio of MGM Rewards properties, but here are some details to be aware of:

  • Purchases are valid from now through September 25, 2025.
  • Savings apply to room rates and room charges.
  • Reservations must be made directly through MGM Resorts via its website, mobile app (iOS, Android), or phone.
  • Purchases must be made in U.S. dollars and cannot be made through third parties.
  • Allow up to 90 days for statement credits to be posted to your account.

Is It Worth It?

If you’re planning a Las Vegas trip this summer and are paying cash instead of using points (which is often a good play in Vegas), these Amex Offers are definitely worth checking out.

There are 2 separate Amex Offers currently available. One applies to a broad range of MGM Resorts across the U.S., including Mandalay Bay, MGM Grand, and Borgata, and offers a statement credit when you book directly. The second is specific to 3 top-tier Las Vegas resorts — Aria, Bellagio, and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas — and offers 20% off your stay.

With both of these offers, you’re effectively getting up to 20% back — an easy way to save on a stay you were likely booking anyway.

Final Thoughts

These new targeted Amex Offers are widely available and can help you save on your next trip to Las Vegas or at MGM Resorts in the U.S. If you’ve got a cash stay coming up, getting 20% back on your hotel booking is a great way to take the sting out of high nightly rates — especially at upscale properties where every bit of savings counts.
