Oura Ring Credit

The Oura Ring is a wearable device that tracks and offers insights into various aspects of your health, covering sleep, activity, stress levels, heart health, women’s health, and more.

To support your wellness goals, the Platinum card has an Oura Ring credit of up to $200 per year.

The cost of an Oura Ring 4 starts at $349, but after using your Amex Platinum card’s credit, you would pay just $149. If you need some extra motivation to improve your health in 2026, the Oura Ring is a great place to start.

Equinox Credit

The Amex Platinum card’s Equinox credit (enrollment required) is one that I ignored for a long time. However, once I discovered that the up to $300 credit covers the entire cost of an annual membership to Equinox+ — the fitness app (iOS, Android) — I was hooked.

Typically, an Equinox+ membership costs $39.99 per month, or almost $500 per year. However, Amex Platinum cardmembers have access to an exclusive deal that brings the membership cost to $300 per year.

The Equinox+ app offers a variety of fitness classes, including strength training, MetCon, Tabata, yoga, Pilates, and meditation. This is a convenient option for anyone like me who either doesn’t have an Equinox gym near their home or who doesn’t enjoy going to a gym.

lululemon Credit

There’s no better way to increase your motivation to get healthy than to have some fresh workout gear. It may seem silly, but getting a new pair of leggings or a cozy hoodie to wear after a workout makes my fitness routine more enjoyable.

The Amex Platinum card comes with a quarterly credit of up to $75 to use at lululemon — for a total of up to $300 annually. After enrolling, use your card to pay at a U.S. lululemon retail store (excluding outlets) or at lululemon.com, and you’ll get a statement credit of up to $75 each quarter.

In addition to workout gear, you’ll find plenty of accessories to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle:

• Yoga mats and yoga blocks for at-home yoga sessions with the Equinox+ app
• The Fast and Free Running Belt to hold your phone during outdoor runs or walks
• A resistance band set and workout sliders for at-home strength, core, and stability training

If you have plenty of workout gear and want to use your Amex Platinum credit to splurge on something cozy to relax in after a workout, consider the Scuba Oversized Half-Zip Hoodie and the Be Calm Mid-Rise Pant (my favorite pants for traveling and lounging).

Resy Credit

The Amex Platinum card comes with a Resy credit of up to $100 per quarter upon enrollment, totaling up to $400 per year.

At first, this might seem like just a dining credit. However, what I have discovered is that it encourages me to spend time with family and friends, and maintaining social relationships is essential for wellness.

Since this credit was introduced, I have used it for dinners in with my husband (yes, the credit works on take-out), dinner out with my mom, and my mom (another Amex Platinum cardholder) and I were able to pick up the tab during a family lunch out with my cousins.

Keep in mind that there are many Resy restaurants throughout the country, even in smaller cities. There are about 11 options in and around Columbus, Ohio, where I live, including options in very small suburbs such as Plain City.
