Which Cards Offer Citi Merchant Offers?

You should be able to find Citi Merchant Offers across your personal Citi credit cards and debit cards. Eligible cards include those earning Citi ThankYou Points — such as the Citi Strata Premier℠ Card or Citi Double Cash^® Card — or co-branded cards like the Citi^® / AAdvantage^® Platinum Select^® World Elite Mastercard^®. Sadly, I’ve never found any offers available on my Costco Anywhere Visa^® Card by Citi. Citi’s small-business cards don’t offer Citi Merchant Offers.

In short, most Citi-branded and co-branded personal credit cards are eligible for these offers, though offers are targeted. That means offers you see on one card may be different than what you see on another card — or what your friend sees on their card.

How To Find Citi Merchant Offers

A relative latecomer, Citi Merchant Offers isn’t as well-known as Amex Offers and Chase Offers, and it doesn’t offer the sheer volume you find with Capital One Offers. It does have an advantage over the latter: You can stack Citi Merchant Offers with other portals, as these are offers that you add to your card and then make a payment for, rather than needing to follow a special link.

You can find your available offers in a few ways. The first is navigating straight to this page if you’re already logged in.

Alternatively, if you’re logged into your account, click on “Rewards & Offers” in the top menu. From the drop-down menu, select “Offers for You.”

On the next page, you’ll be prompted to select an account.

You’re looking for a “See Your Offers” button and mentions of Citi Merchant Offers after choosing an account. Interestingly, this doesn’t always appear with every account, and I’m not sure why. If you’re not seeing this option with an account, choose a different card from the drop-down menu until it appears. Clicking on it will take you to the Citi Merchant Offers page.

Citi’s website has moved things around for some users, so you may find these offers on the home page after logging in to your account, down at the very bottom — or you might see both options.

Hot Tip:

Citi Shop is something entirely different from Citi Merchant Offers. The latter provides deals that you add to your card and then pay for with the merchant. Citi Shop is a browser extension that provides cash-back or helps you find promo codes to use at checkout.

Final Thoughts

Citi Merchant offers can be a great way to get extra savings on purchases you’re making anyway. Whether you’re paying for travel, ordering groceries online, or using your Citi credit card for a streaming subscription, there should be something for everyone on this list. Just remember to enroll in the offer before making a purchase. Otherwise, you won’t get credit.
