November Bilt Rent Day: Gift Card and Hotel Bonuses, Free Rent, and Jennifer Lopez

Bilt Rewards is back with its latest monthly Rent Day promotion. On November 1, members can redeem points for gift cards at elevated rates, save up to $150 on hotel bookings, and more.

The November Rent Free game is headlined by musician and actress Jennifer Lopez, who is joining as a featured celebrity participant. Bilt Rewards members will also earn double points on non-rent spending with their Bilt co-branded credit card, up to 1,000 points per Rent Day (offer terms).

Bilt Rent Day: November 2026 Edition

Gift Card Redemption Promotion

Bilt Rewards is offering its members elevated redemption rates when using points for gift cards. The bonus amount depends on your elite status tier:

• Platinum: 100% bonus
• Gold: 75% bonus
• Silver: 50% bonus
• Blue: 25% bonus

Bilt Travel Portal Hotel Savings

Members can save up to $150 on a hotel stay booked in the Bilt Travel portal between October 28 at 9 a.m. ET and November 2, 2026, at 3 a.m. ET.

Members will see targeted offers to save $50, $100, or $150 on their hotel booking, with each requiring a different spending threshold that’s targeted to the individual member.

All hotels are included in this offer, and there aren’t any blackout dates. The offer can be used only once, though it becomes available again if you cancel your reservation and want to make another. This offer cannot be combined with any hotel stay discounts from Bilt credit cards but can be comined with Bilt Points or Bilt Cash redemptions.

Bilt Neighborhood Comedy

Bilt Rewards members have access to comedy shows at 19 venues in 15 cities. Locations include Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chandler, Charlotte, Chicago, Denver, Jersey City, Los Angeles, New York City, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Somerville, and Washington, D.C.

There are 2 types of experiences available:

• Comedy Club Experiences: These cost $30 or $40 and include 2 drinks at most venues. Alternatively, you can redeem 2,000 or 2,500 points, respectively, to book these.
• Bespoke Comedy Experiences: These cost $75 (or can be booked for as low as 5,000 Bilt Points) and include premium shows at unique venues, along with drinks and light bites.

These events take place throughout the month of November.

Bespoke experiences are available this month at Lucali (New York City), Porta (Jersey City, new city), Celeste (Chicago), Harris’ Restaurant (San Francisco), Wild Days (Washington, D.C.), The Ruins (Seattle), Ela (Atlanta), Caveau (Boston), Desert 5 Spot (Los Angeles), and Muraya (Charlotte).

Bookings for these tickets went on sale at 11:50 a.m. ET on October 29 for Platinum and Gold members. Bookings open at noon for other members. Bookings close when they’re sold out or at 11 a.m. of the show date, whichever comes first.

Members can purchase up to 4 tickets each. All tickets are final sale and will be distributed via the ticket processor on the date of the show. Bilt Rewards members can apply up to $50 in Bilt Cash (up to $100 of Bilt Cash earned rolls over to the next year) toward these experiences, with the rest paid in cash.

Neighborhood Dining Experience

This Rent Day, Bilt is continuing its dining experiences with 45 restaurants across 10 cities: Arlington, Boston, Chicago, Fort Lauderdale, Jersey City, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City, and Washington, D.C.

Bookings opened on October 29 at 11:50 a.m. ET for Platinum and Gold members and noon ET for all other members. Bookings closed on October 31 at 5 p.m. ET. There’s a purchase limit of 4 seats per member for a single experience (though members can book multiple events), all experience sales are final, and members can purchase multiple experiences this month.

These events feature multicourse tasting menus at premier neighborhood restaurants, with 3 to 4 courses or omakase, depending on the venue. Prices range from $35 to $78 (or 2,500 to 5,000 Bilt Points), and select locations offer drink add-ons ranging from $20 to $46 (or 1,500 to 3,000 Bilt Points). Optional cocktail pairings are available at most venues. Add-ons must be selected at the time of initial purchase and can also be redeemed with points.

Additionally, there are elevated experiences available this month at a higher price point. The Las Vegas tastings at Beauty & Essex, LAVO, and Hakkasan are $125 (8,500 Bilt Points). It’s also possible to book a New Year’s Eve cocktail party at American Cut in New York City for $250.

Bilt Rewards members can apply up to $50 in Bilt Cash, with the remaining cost paid in cash.

Neighborhood Magic Experiences

New this month, Bilt members can attend a magic show at American Cut in New York City on November 9, 2026. The event opens at 7:30 pm. and includes both drinks and light bites before the show starts at 8:15 p.m. Tickets cost $75 or 5,000 points.

Members can redeem up to $50 of Bilt Cash, and bookings open on October 29 at 11:50 a.m. ET for Platinum and Gold members. Bookings open for other members at noon. Bookings close on November 9 at 11 a.m. ET or when sold out. Each member can book up to 4 tickets, and all sales are final.

Neighborhood Fitness Experiences

Bilt collaborates with Barry’s and SoulCycle to offer free classes and exclusive add-ons on Rent Day. There are 580 spots available at Barry’s studios nationwide. There are 1,175 spots available at SoulCycle studios nationwide for Bilt members, though quantities vary by location.

All members were invited to book their complimentary class starting on October 29, 2026. Reservations opened at 11:50 a.m. ET for Platinum and Gold members or noon ET for others. All bookings are final and closed on October 31 at 7 p.m. ET.

Bilt Café Partnership With Mēdüzā Mediterrania

Complimentary chicken shawarma and falafel will be available at the Bilt Neighborhood Café on November 1, located at 837 Washington Street in NYC. Orders include a drink and are available start at 11 a.m. Orders are available until 6 p.m. or while supplies last.

Rent Free Game Show

The Rent Free game host this month is Jennifer Lopez.

The top scorers will still have a shot at free rent. The top 10 players will automatically win free rent for a month (up to $2,500), and for every correct answer JLo gets, an additional rent winner will be added. The next 100 winners will get 1,000 Bilt Points, and the next 500 winners will receive 100 Bilt Points.

The game opens on October 28 at noon ET and closes on November 1 at 3 p.m. ET. Results will be available in the Bilt Rewards mobile app after 4 p.m. ET on November 1.

Exclusive JLo Vinyl

A member-exclusive cherry-red vinyl pressing of Jennifer Lopez’s album LOVE? is available, including the brand-new track “Proof of Love.” Albums are available for purchase for $19.95 or 2,860 Bilt Points while supplies last.
