July Bilt Rent Day: Hilton Transfer Bonus, Free Rent, Gift Card Bonus, and Diplo Run Club

Bilt Rewards is back with its latest monthly Rent Day promotion. On July 1, members can take advantage of a transfer bonus to Hilton Honors.

The July Rent Free game is headlined by Diplo, who is joining as a featured celebrity participant. Bilt Rewards members will also earn double points on nonrent spending with their Bilt co-branded credit card, up to 1,000 points per Rent Day (offer terms).

Bilt Rent Day: July 2026 Edition

Transfer Bilt Points to Hilton Honors With a Bonus of up to 100%

Bilt Rewards is offering its members up to a 100% transfer bonus when they move points to the Hilton Honors program.

How much extra value you’ll get depends on your Bilt Rewards elite status, and here’s how the bonus breaks down:

• Platinum: 100% bonus
• Gold: 75% bonus
• Silver: 50% bonus
• Blue: 25% bonus

The usual transfer rate from Bilt to Hilton is 1:1, so you’ll have the opportunity to increase that transfer rate up to 1:2, based on your Bilt elite status level. That said, this bonus is probably worth skipping, as we value Bilt Points at 2 cents per point and Hilton points at 0.5 cents per point, and you can get far more value out of Bilt’s other transfer partners. There’s a maximum of 100,000 points that can receive a transfer bonus.

Gift Card Redemption Bonus

Similarly, members can enjoy a bonus when they redeem their Bilt Points for gift cards on July 1, and the exact redemption bonus you will receive depends on your level of Bilt elite status.

• Platinum: 100% bonus
• Gold: 75% bonus
• Silver: 50% bonus
• Blue: 25% bonus

This bonus applies to all gift cards available through Bilt, and is available through July 2 at 3 a.m. Usually, your Bilt Points are worth 1 cent per point toward gift card redemptions, allowing you to boost the potential value here up to 2 cents per point if you have top-tier Platinum status.

Bilt Neighborhood Comedy

Bilt Rewards members have access to comedy shows at 17 venues in 12 cities. Locations include Atlanta, Austin, Texas; Boston; Chandler, Arizona; Chicago; Denver; Los Angeles; New York City; San Diego; San Francisco; Seattle; and Somerville, Massachusetts.

There are 2 types of experiences available:

• Comedy Club Experiences: These cost $30 or $40 and include 2 drinks at most venues. Alternatively, you can redeem 2,000 or 2,500 points, respectively, to book these.
• Bespoke Comedy Experiences: These cost $75 (or can be booked for as low as 5,000 Bilt Points) and include premium shows at unique venues, along with drinks and light bites.

Bespoke experiences are available this month at ABC Cocina (New York City), Mitsi (Los Angeles), 620 Jones (San Francisco), Chicago’s First Lady aboard Emerald Lady Cruises (Chicago), The Ruins (Seattle), Ranger Station (Atlanta), and Caveau (Boston).

Bookings for these tickets open at 11:50 a.m. ET on June 26 for Platinum and Gold members. Bookings open at noon for other members. Bookings close when they’re sold out or at 3 p.m. of the show date, whichever comes first.

Members can purchase up to 4 tickets each. All tickets are final sale and will be distributed via the ticket processor on the date of the show. Bilt Rewards members can apply up to $50 in Bilt Cash (Up to $100 of Bilt Cash earned rolls over to the next year) toward these experiences, with the rest paid in cash.

Neighborhood Dining Experience

This Rent Day, Bilt is continuing its dining experiences with 39 restaurants across 7 cities: Arlington, Texas; Boston; Fort Lauderdale, Florida; Jersey City, New Jersey; Miami; New York City; and Washington, D.C.

Bookings open on June 26 at 11:50 a.m. ET for Platinum and Gold members and noon ET for all other members. Bookings close on June 30 at 5 p.m. ET. There’s a purchase limit of 4 seats per member for a single experience (though members can book multiple events), all experience sales are final, and members can purchase multiple experiences this month.

These events feature multicourse tasting menus at premier neighborhood restaurants, with 3 to 4 courses or omakase, depending on the venue. Prices range from $35 to $75 (or 2,500 to 4,000 Bilt Points), and select locations offer drink add-ons ranging from $20 to $46 (or 1,500 to 3,000 Bilt Points). Optional cocktail pairings are available at most venues. Add-ons must be selected at the time of initial purchase and can also be redeemed with points.

Bilt Rewards members can apply up to $50 in Bilt Cash, with the remaining cost paid in cash.

Bilt Rent Day Fitness Experiences

Bilt collaborates with Barry’s and SoulCycle to offer free classes and exclusive add-ons on Rent Day. There are 520 spots available at Barry’s studios nationwide. There are 875 spots available at SoulCycle studios nationwide for Bilt members, though quantities vary by location.

All members were invited to book their complimentary class starting on June 26, 2026. Reservations open at 11:50 a.m. ET for Platinum and Gold members or noon ET for others. All bookings are final and close on June 30 at 7 p.m. ET.

Diplo’s Run Club

Diplo’s Run Club is a 5K through some of the country’s most iconic city landmarks, followed by a mini music festival headlined by Diplo himself. Bilt members get exclusive access to tickets across 7 cities before they sell out.

Tickets are available on a first come first serve basis. Reservations open at 11:50 a.m. ET for Platinum and Gold members or noon ET for others. Tickets can be purchased from $75 or 5,000 Bilt Points to $100 or 6,500 Bilt Points.

Bilt Neighborhood Food Truck Featuring Go Greek

Bilt is bringing back its Neighborhood food experience at Bilt’s headquarters at 837 Washington Street in New York City. Stop by the food truck between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1, for a complimentary frozen Greek yogurt from Go Greek Yogurt, exclusively for Bilt members. Guests will have their choice of 2 frozen yogurt options with 5 to 6 toppings, available while supplies last.

Rent Free Game Show

The Rent Free game is back, this time with Bilt members teaming up with Grammy-winning artist, producer, and DJ Diplo.

The top scorers will still have a shot at free rent, but this time there’s a twist. The top 10 players will automatically win free rent for a month (up to $2,500), and for every correct answer Diplo gets, an additional rent winner will be added. The next 100 winners will get 1,000 Bilt Points, and the next 500 winners will receive 100 Bilt Points.

The game opens on June 25 at 12 p.m. ET and closes on July 1 at 3 p.m. ET. Results will be available in the Bilt Rewards mobile app after 4 p.m. ET on July 1.
