Whether you want to save money on your rent, book a flight for less, or get extra points at the grocery store, Bilt’s November Rent Day has something for everyone!

The start-up has taken the points world by storm with its no-annual-fee credit card, top-tier transfer partners, and no additional transaction fee rent payments. Bilt first introduced Rent Day in 2022, which gives its Bilt Rewards members exciting offers, bonus points, and chances to win prizes to kickstart the month.

On November 1, Bilt Rewards members will also enjoy double points on non-rent spending (though you need to use the card 5 times each statement period to earn points), a free SoulCycle ride at over 50 locations nationwide, a chance to have their rent paid, and up to a 100% transfer bonus!

Bilt Rent Day: November 2024 Edition

You don’t need to take out a Bilt World Elite Mastercard® to enjoy Bilt Rent Day; everyone can access the perks by signing up for a free Bilt Rewards account. However, having the Bilt Card in your wallet does mean you’ll earn double points on the first of the month, excluding rent. You must use the card 5 times each statement period to earn points (See Rewards & Benefits).

Up to 100% British Airways Transfer Bonus

On November 1, 2024, Bilt Rewards members can earn a targeted transfer bonus between 50-100% when they transfer Bilt points to British Airways Executive Club. A Bilt Member’s unique bonus percentage will be displayed in their Bilt Rewards account in the Bilt app or website.

Redeeming British Airways Avios is an excellent way to book short-haul flights with many Oneworld alliance partner airlines.

Bilt Points can be converted to Avios in increments of 1,000 points. Bilt Blue members must transfer a minimum of 2,000 reward points.  You must be enrolled in the British Airways Executive Club to transfer your Bilt Rewards points to Avios points.

2x Earning at Grocery Stores for All Bilt Cardholders

For a limited time, all Bilt cardholders can earn 2x points for every $1 spent at grocery stores until October 31st, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. (ET). The maximum earning potential for this offer is 500 bonus points, which means you can fully take advantage of it with a $250 grocery bill.

We value Bilt Rewards points at 1.8 cents each; therefore, maxing out this deal would earn you $9 in Bilt Rewards points.

New: Targeted Bilt Benefits

New for this month is a selection of targeted benefits for eligible Bilt Rewards members. If you’re eligible, you’ll see the benefits within your Bilt Rewards mobile app.

Here’s what you should be on the lookout for:

Waived Transaction Fees on Rent Payments for Alaska Signature Cardholders

Targeted Bilt Members who see this offer in their Bilt account can pay their rent with an Alaska Airlines Visa Signature® credit card and get a 3% fee waiver on the first $2,500 of rent, up to a $75 fee waiver. This offer starts October 28, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on November 1, 2024.

Any additional rent spent using their Alaska Signature card during the offer period exceeding $2,500 will be subject to a 3% fee.

Biltsgiving Cooking Classes

You can attend Bilt-hosted Thanksgiving inspired Italian cooking classes in New York and Los Angeles on November 1st. This exclusive experience will include a live DJ and drinks. The Bilt Rewards app will list the exact locations and pricing. Tickets will be available for purchase at 12 p.m. ET on October 29, 2024, and can be paid for using Bilt Rewards points or any linked card.

Bilt Neighborhood Dining

Bilt will drop all-inclusive reservations at top restaurants in its Neighborhood Dining program. There will be numerous restaurants in various cities, so be sure to keep an eye on your app.

Reservations start at $50 or 3,500 Bilt Rewards points per person and will be up for grabs on October 29, 2024, at 11:50 a.m. ET for Platinum members and 12 p.m. ET for all other members.

SoulCycle Rent Day Ride

Rent Day Rides are back on November 1 at 50+ SoulCycle studios across the country. They are 45-minute, full-body indoor cycling classes.

You can book your slot starting at 12 p.m. ET on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, and members can receive a complimentary bike in the themed class when booking directly through the Bilt Rewards app.

Additionally, 1 Rent Day rider will have the lucky fortune of having their rent paid (up to $2,500).

Hot Tip:

If you book but can’t make your ride, be sure to cancel by October 31 at 5 p.m. local time, or you may be charged a $30 cancellation fee.

Rent Free Game Show

Answer questions correctly for your chance to win free rent! This month’s Rent Free Game Show will feature American icon and businesswoman Martha Stewart .

You can log into your Bilt app now to access the game. The top 10 scoring players will be November’s winners and will not only get free rent, but also get a signed copy of Martha Stewart’s newest book! The next top-scoring 600 players will earn extra Bilt Rewards points.

Rent Day for Bilt Cardholders

Although the Bilt Card has a $0 annual fee (rates & fees), it delivers a solid return on spend:

  • 3x points on dining
  • 2x points on travel
  • 1x points on other purchases (including rent)
  • Use the card 5 times each statement period to earn points (See Rewards & Benefits)

With November’s Rent Day, cardholders can earn double points on all purchases for 24 hours starting on November 1 at 12 a.m. ET — up to 1,000 bonus points. This brings earnings up to:

  • 6x points on dining
  • 4x points on travel
  • 2x points on other purchases (excluding rent)
  • Remember, you must use the card 5 times each statement period to earn points You must use the card 5 times each statement period to earn points (See Rewards & Benefits)

This puts the Bilt Card at the top of the heap for earning on dining. We value Bilt Rewards points at 1.8 cents apiece, which means you’ll net a 10.8% return on all dining spend on November 1. And don’t forget about Bilt Dining, which can boost earnings up to 16x points per dollar!

In contrast, the American Express® Gold Card earns 4x Membership Rewards points at global restaurants (up to $50,000 of annual spending, then 1x thereafter) plus takeout and delivery in the U.S. We value Amex Membership Rewards points at 2.2 cents apiece, which means you’d be getting 8.8% back when using the Amex Gold card.

Considering Bilt’s transfer partners, including World of Hyatt and Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan, this makes Rent Day a very valuable proposition for cardholders.

Final Thoughts

Bilt Rent Day continues to be a great day to earn and burn some valuable Bilt Rewards points — and this month offers some unique travel opportunities in your neighborhood, at Hilton hotels, and on the high seas!
