Bilt Rewards is back with its latest monthly Rent Day promotion. On April 1, members can take advantage of a transfer bonus to Wyndham Rewards, plus the option to use Bilt Cash to buy up 1 elite tier level and unlock an even higher transfer bonus.

This month’s Rent Free game is headlined by comedian and actor Pete Davidson, who is set to join Bilt’s April 1 Rent Day ‘Rent Free’ game as a featured celebrity participant. Bilt Rewards members will also earn double points on non-rent spending with their Bilt co-branded credit card, up to 1,000 points per Rent Day.

Transfer Bilt Points to Wyndham Rewards With a Bonus of up to 100%

To mark the launch of its newest transfer partner, Bilt Rewards is offering its members a transfer bonus when they move points to Wyndham Rewards on April 1, Rent Day. How much extra value you’ll get depends on your Bilt elite status, and here’s how the bonus breaks down:

• Platinum: 100% bonus
• Blue: 25% bonus
• Silver: 50% bonus
• Gold: 75% bonus

That means the value can vary quite a bit depending on your status. A Platinum member transferring 15,000 Bilt points, for example, would walk away with 30,000 Wyndham Rewards points.

Considering Wyndham award nights range from 7,500 to 30,000 points per bedroom, that could be enough for anything from a lower-end hotel stay to a top-tier resort redemption, including select all-inclusive properties.

Additionally, on April 1, members can use Bilt Cash to temporarily upgrade their status tier for $125 in Bilt Cash, which could unlock a higher transfer bonus. Members can only move up 1 tier, so a Blue member could upgrade to Silver, for instance. Bilt also says Platinum members may see an upgrade offer worth as much as a 125% bonus.

Boost Your Bilt Points by Up to 50% on Amazon Purchases

Bilt is offering a 1-day redemption boost when you use your points at checkout on Amazon, making it a solid option for everyday purchases you were already planning to make.

On April 1, members can redeem Bilt Points for all or part of their purchase and get a tier-based bonus stacked on top.

Here’s the breakdown by status tier:

• Platinum: 50% boost
• Blue: 20% boost
• Silver: 30% boost
• Gold: 40% boost

To use it, you’ll need to have your Amazon account linked to Bilt. Once that’s set, the bonus applies automatically at checkout — no hoops to jump through. Just keep in mind this is a 1-day-only perk, so you’ll need to redeem on April 1 to get the extra value.

Targeted Housing Credit Bonus: Get 50% More Value Toward Rent or Mortgage

Bilt is also rolling out a targeted offer that boosts the value of your points when applying them toward housing expenses like rent or mortgage payments.

A select group of members will receive a 50% bonus when redeeming Bilt Points for housing credits during Rent Week. The offer runs from March 26 through April 1, and eligible members will see it directly in their account under the “Housing Credits” tab in Everyday Rewards.

The redemption process stays the same as usual — just with more value layered on top — but this one is targeted, so not all members will see it.

Metropolis Parking Bonus: Earn 5X Points on Parking

Bilt is boosting everyday earnings with elevated rewards on parking through Metropolis during Rent Week.

From March 26 through April 1, members will earn 5x Bilt Points on parking purchases made with Metropolis, up from the standard 1x rate. New Metropolis users can stack even more value — members who create an account and park for the first time will receive an additional 500 bonus points.

To take advantage, just link your Bilt and Metropolis accounts as you normally would. The earning structure stays the same — just with a higher return during the promo period.

Bilt Neighborhood Comedy

Bilt Rewards members will have access to comedy shows at 17 venues in 12 cities. Locations include Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chandler, Arizona, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York City, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, and Somerville, Massachusetts.

There are 2 types of experiences available:

• Comedy Club Experiences: These cost $30 or $40 and include 2 drinks at most venues. Alternatively, you can redeem 2,000 or 2,500 points, respectively, to book these.
• Bespoke Comedy Experiences: These cost $75 (or can be booked for as low as 5,000 Bilt Points) and include premium shows at unique venues, along with drinks and light bites.

Bilt will also offer special experiences at venues, including A Stir in Seattle, Bar Avize in Atlanta, Lucali in Brooklyn, The Palace Theatre in San Francisco, The Hawksmoor in Chicago, and Grace by Nia in Boston.

Bookings for these tickets open at 11:50 a.m. ET on March 27 for Platinum and Gold members. Bookings open at noon for other members. Bookings close when they’re sold out or at 11 a.m. of the show date, whichever comes first.

Members can purchase up to 4 tickets each. All tickets are final sale and will be distributed via the ticket processor on the date of the show. Bilt Rewards members can apply up to $50 in Bilt Cash toward these experiences, with the rest paid in cash.

Neighborhood Dining Experience

This Rent Day, Bilt is expanding its dining experiences with 42 restaurants across 10 cities: Arlington, Virginia, Boston, Dallas, Fort Lauderdale, Jersey City, New Jersey, Miami, Coral Gables, Nashville, New York City, and Washington, D.C.

Bookings open on March 27 at 11:50 a.m. ET for Platinum and Gold members and noon ET for all other members. Bookings close on March 31 at 5 p.m. ET for Rent Day dining experiences. Special events will close at 5 p.m. ET the day before each event. There’s a purchase limit of 4 seats per member, all experiences sales are final, and members can purchase multiple experiences this month.

These events feature multi-course tasting menus at premier neighborhood restaurants, with 3 to 4 courses or omakase, depending on the venue. Prices range from $35 to $75, and select locations offer drink add-ons ranging from $20 to $46. Optional cocktail pairings are available at most venues. Add-ons must be selected at the time of initial purchase and can also be redeemed with points.

Bilt Rewards members can apply up to $50 in Bilt Cash, with the remaining cost paid in cash.

These experiences are designed to connect Rent Day with local neighborhoods, giving members exclusive access to sought-after restaurants, new openings, and celebratory events across more cities than ever before.

Bilt Rent Day Fitness Experiences

Bilt collaborates with Barry’s and SoulCycle to offer free classes and exclusive add-ons on Rent Day. There are 520 spots available at Barry’s studios nationwide. There are 875 spots available at SoulCycle studios nationwide for Bilt members, though quantities vary by location.

All members were invited to book their complimentary class starting Friday, March 27, 2026. Reservations open at 11:50 a.m. ET for Platinum and Gold members or noon ET for others. All bookings are final and close on Tuesday, March 31, at 7 p.m. ET.

Score Complimentary Treats From the Bilt Neighborhood Cafe

Bilt is bringing its Neighborhood Cafe experience to the streets with a special Rent Day pop-up in New York City’s Meatpacking District. In celebration of its new headquarters, members can stop by for a complimentary bite and drink curated in partnership with Chef Kwame Onwuachi.

Offerings include a Jamaican patty from Patty Palace and a naturally flavored sparkling water from Miri — both concepts by the chef.

These are available on April 1, starting at 11 a.m. ET and will be offered while supplies last. Members can stop by in person to redeem one of each item at no cost. Availability is first-come, first-served, and you must be a Bilt member to participate.

Rent Free Game Show

The Rent Free game is back, this time with Bilt members teaming up with Pete Davidson, the Staten Island native known for his 8 seasons on Saturday Night Live, stand-up specials, and film and TV roles.

Now, he’s bringing his signature humor — and hometown energy — to Bilt Rent Day.

The top scorers will still have a shot at free rent, but this time there’s a twist. The top 10 players will automatically win free rent for a month (up to $2,500), and for every correct answer Pete gets, an additional rent winner will be added — for up to 19 total winners. The next 100 winners will get 1,000 Bilt Rewards points, and the next 500 winners will receive 100 Bilt Rewards points.

The game opens on March 26 at 12 p.m. ET and closes on April 1 at 3 p.m. ET. Results will be available in the Bilt Rewards mobile app after 4 p.m. ET on April 1.

There’s also an added live event component this month. Pete Davidson is taking over BleauLive Theater at Fontainebleau Las Vegas for a 1-night-only performance on Saturday, April 11.
