September Bilt Rent Day: Up to 100% Virgin Red Transfer Bonus, Rent Credits, Special Events, and More

Bilt Rewards is back with the latest edition of its monthly Rent Day promotion. This month, members can score up to a 100% transfer bonus to Virgin Red and get exclusive access to special events. Some members may have a targeted offer to use their points towards rent. Additionally, on September 1, members will have a chance to get their rent paid, free food, and more (see rewards & benefits).

Plus, Bilt Rewards members will enjoy double points on non-rent spending, up to 1,000 points per Rent Day, with their Bilt co-branded credit card (though they must use the card 5 times each statement period to earn points), free SoulCycle rides, and Barry’s exercise classes.

Bilt Rent Day: September 2025 Edition

You don’t need a Bilt Mastercard to enjoy Bilt Rent Day (rates & fees). Everyone can access the perks by signing up for a free Bilt Rewards account. However, having the Bilt Card in your wallet means you’ll earn double points on the first of the month, up to 1,000 points, excluding rent. Just note that you must use the card 5 times each statement period to earn points (see rewards & benefits).

Virgin Red Transfer Bonus

Bilt has offered some lucrative Rent Day transfer bonuses, and this one could be quite valuable.

On September 1, members can transfer their Bilt Rewards points to Virgin Red with up to a 100% bonus. However, the bonus rate is targeted, meaning it could vary from member to member.

The transfer bonus will be active from 12 a.m. ET until 11:59 p.m. PT on September 1, 2025.

We value Bilt Rewards points at 1.8 cents apiece, and Virgin Red can unlock incredible experiences (you can even redeem points for a Virgin Voyages cruise!), so this transfer bonus could be very lucrative. Virgin Points can also be transferred between Virgin Red and Virgin Atlantic Flying Club at a 1:1 ratio.

Additionally, Bilt has announced that it has launched a status match with Virgin Voyages, with access opening on September 1. Silver or Gold members can match to Virgin Voyages Blue Extras, while Platinum members can match to Virgin Voyages Deep Blue Extras on every cruise booked.

One Bite Pizza Festival

Bilt just launched its Home Away from Home Collection and is celebrating at one of its properties, Bowie House, Auberge Resorts Collection, in Fort Worth, Texas.

Purchase tickets within the Bilt app or on Bilt’s website for $400 or 25,000 Bilt Rewards points, and you’ll get access to the following:

Neighborhood Dining Experience

This Rent Day, Bilt will continue its dining experiences with 20 options in 4 cities (Dallas, Miami, New York, and Washington, D.C.) on September 1.

Booking starts on August 28, 2025, at 11:50 a.m. ET for Platinum and Gold members and noon ET for other members. Booking closes on August 31 at 5 p.m. ET. There’s a purchase limit of 4 seats per member.

Bilt Neighborhood Comedy

This month, Bilt continues its comedy series at 15 venues in 11 different cities, including Los Angeles, Nashville, Philadelphia, San Diego, Tampa, and more.

Seats will be available for Platinum and Gold members at 11:50 a.m. ET on August 28, 2025, and for everyone else at noon ET. All sales are final, and booking closes at 11 a.m. ET the day of each show or when tickets sell out. There is a limit of 4 tickets per person.

Event dates will vary by location throughout September and will cost $40 or 2,500 Bilt Points with 2 drinks included, or $75 or 5,000 Bilt Points with 2 drinks and light bites included at select locations.

Bilt Rent Day Fitness Experiences

Bilt collaborates with Barry’s and SoulCycle to offer free classes and exclusive add-ons on Rent Day. New this month, Rent Day perks are now available at all Barry’s studios nationwide, increasing from 10 to 52 studios.

There are 700 spots available at SoulCycle studios nationwide for Bilt members, though quantities vary by location.

All members are invited to book their complimentary class starting on August 28, 2025. Reservations are available at 11:50 a.m. ET for Platinum and Gold members or noon ET for others.

Rent Free Game Show

Answer questions correctly for your chance to win free rent! This month’s Rent Free Game Show will feature comedian Matteo Lane.

You can log into your Bilt app to access the game as of August 27 at noon ET. The top 10 scoring players will be September’s winners and get free rent (up to $2,500) as well as a signed copy of Matteo’s book, “Your Pasta Sucks.” The next 100 top scorers will earn 1,000 bonus points, while the next 500 highest scorers will win 100 bonus points.

The game will be available until 3 p.m. ET on September 1, and answers will be revealed an hour later at 4 p.m.
