February Bilt Rent Day: Accor Transfer Bonus, Expanded Neighborhood Dining, and More

Bilt Rewards is back with its latest monthly Rent Day promotion. Today, February 1, members can take advantage of a transfer bonus to ALL – Accor Live Limitless, plus the option to use Bilt Cash to buy up 1 elite tier level and unlock an even higher transfer bonus.

This month’s Rent Free game is also getting a major spotlight, headlined by MrBeast, the most-subscribed YouTuber in the world. Bilt has increased the prizes: 50 members will win free rent for a month, and 1 lucky member will win free rent for an entire year.

Bilt Rewards members will also earn double points on non-rent spending, up to 1,000 points per Rent Day, with their Bilt co-branded credit card (as long as they use the card at least 5 times each statement period to earn points).

As always, members can still expect popular lifestyle perks tied to Rent Day, alongside exclusive experiences and partner offers rolled out as part of the February 1 event.

Bilt Rent Day: February 2026 Edition

Transfer Bilt Points to Accor With a Bonus of up to 125%

Instead of a shopping redemption promo, February’s Rent Day is all about travel value. On February 1 only, Bilt Rewards members can receive a transfer bonus when moving points to ALL – Accor Live Limitless — and the size of that bonus depends on your Bilt Rewards elite status.

The standard transfer ratio from Bilt to Accor is 3:2, but Rent Day boosts that rate:

• Blue: 25% bonus (6:5)
• Silver: 50% bonus (1:1)
• Gold: 75% bonus (6:7)
• Platinum: 100% bonus (3:4)

For the first time, Bilt is also introducing a Bilt Cash status boost. Members can use $75 in Bilt Cash to unlock the transfer bonus of the next elite tier (for example, Blue members can access the Silver bonus). Platinum members can go 1 step further and increase their bonus to 125% (2:3 transfer ratio).

Members must complete transfers to Accor on February 1 to receive the bonus. The Bilt Cash upgrade option will also only appear on the Accor transfer page during Rent Day.

ALL Reward points have a fixed redemption value of €20 (around $24) for every 1,000 Reward points redeemed, equal to about 2.38 cents per point.

This is a much stronger use of Bilt Points than fixed-value redemptions, especially for travelers who stay at Accor brands like Fairmont, Sofitel, Raffles, and Mondrian, where elevated transfer rates can meaningfully stretch your points.

Bilt Neighborhood Comedy

Bilt Rewards members will have access to comedy shows at 18 venues in 13 cities. Locations include Atlanta; Austin, Texas; Chandler, Arizona; Chicago; Denver; Houston; Los Angeles; New York City; San Diego; San Francisco; Seattle, and Somerville, Massachusetts.

There are 2 types of experiences available:

• Comedy Club Experiences: These cost $30 or $40 and include 2 drinks at most venues. Alternatively, you can redeem 2,000 or 2,500 points, respectively, to book these.
• Bespoke Comedy Experiences: These cost $75 (or can be booked for as low as 5,000 Bilt Points) and include premium shows at unique venues, along with drinks and light bites.

Bilt will also offer special experiences at venues including Canter’s Deli in Los Angeles, Caveau in Boston, Motoring Coffee in San Francisco, Palo Santo in Atlanta, Saint Theo’s in New York City, Space Needle in Seattle, and Willis Tower Skydeck in Chicago.

Bookings for these tickets opened at 11:50 a.m. ET on January 28 for Platinum and Gold members. Bookings open at noon for other members. Bookings close when they’re sold out or at 11 a.m. of the show date, whichever comes first.

Members can purchase up to 4 tickets each. All tickets are final sale and will be distributed via the ticket processor on the date of the show.

Neighborhood Dining Experience

This Rent Day, Bilt is expanding its dining experiences with 42 restaurants across 8 cities — Arlington, Virginia; Boston; Dallas; Jersey City, New Jersey; Miami; Nashville; New York; and Washington, D.C. — marking the largest Rent Day dining lineup yet.

Bookings opened on Wednesday, January 28, at 11:50 a.m. ET for Platinum and Gold members and noon ET for all other members. Bookings closed on Saturday, January 31, at 5 p.m. ET for Rent Day dining experiences. Launch events will close at 5 p.m. ET the day before each event. There’s a purchase limit of 4 seats per member, all experiences are final sale, and members can purchase multiple experiences this month.

These events feature multi-course tasting menus at premier neighborhood restaurants, with 2 to 4 courses or omakase, depending on the venue. Prices range from $35 to $60, and select locations offer drink add-ons ranging from $20 to $46. Optional cocktail pairings are available at most venues, with sake pairings at Bondi locations and wine pairings at select restaurants. Add-ons must be selected at the time of initial purchase and can also be redeemed with points.

Special launch events will take place at Skewr in New York City and Electric Jane in Nashville, with entry and drinks included. While Rent Day dining events occur on February 1, launch events will be held throughout February.

These experiences are designed to connect Rent Day with local neighborhoods, giving members exclusive access to sought-after restaurants, new openings, and celebratory events across more cities than ever before.

Bilt Rent Day Fitness Experiences

Bilt collaborates with Barry’s and SoulCycle to offer free classes and exclusive add-ons on Rent Day. There are 520 spots available at Barry’s studios nationwide. There are 875 spots available at SoulCycle studios nationwide for Bilt members, though quantities vary by location.

All members were invited to book their complimentary class starting Wednesday, January 28, 2026. Reservations opened at 11:50 a.m. ET for Platinum and Gold members or noon ET for others. All bookings are final and closed on Saturday, January 31, at 7:00 p.m. ET.

Rent Free Game Show

The Rent Free game is back, this time with Bilt Members teaming up with Jimmy Donaldson, better known as MrBeast — YouTube’s most-subscribed creator, famous for viral challenges, massive giveaways, and over-the-top spectacles. MrBeast is bringing his signature generosity to Rent Day by helping pay more members’ rent than ever before.

The top prize winner will earn free rent for a year (up to $30,000). The next 50 winners will receive a month of free rent (up to $2,500). The next 100 winners will earn 1,000 bonus Bilt Points, while the next 500 top scores will receive 100 bonus points.

The game opened on January 27 at 12 p.m. ET and closes on February 1 at 3 p.m. ET. Results will be available in the Bilt Rewards mobile app after 4 p.m. ET on February 1.

Rent Day for Bilt Cardholders

Although the Bilt Card’s annual fee is $0 (rates & fees), it delivers a solid return on spending:
