August Bilt Rent Day: 100% LifeMiles Transfer Bonus, Rent Credits, Special Events, and More

Bilt Rewards is back with the latest edition of its monthly Rent Day promotion. This month, members can score up to a 100% transfer bonus to Avianca LifeMiles, get exclusive access to special events, and some members may have a targeted offer to use their points towards rent.

Additionally, on August 1, Bilt Rewards members will have a chance to get their rent paid (see rewards & benefits), free food, and more.

Bilt took the points world by storm with its $0-annual-fee credit card (rates & fees), top-tier transfer partners, and no transaction fees on rent payments. Bilt first introduced Rent Day in 2022, which gives its members exciting offers, bonus points, and chances to win prizes to kickstart the month.

Plus, Bilt Rewards members will enjoy double points on non-rent spending, up to 1,000 points per Rent Day, with their Bilt co-branded credit card (though they must use the card 5 times each statement period to earn points), free SoulCycle rides, and Barry’s exercise classes.

Bilt Rent Day: August 2025 Edition

You don’t need a Bilt Mastercard (rates & fees) to enjoy Bilt Rent Day. Everyone can access the perks by signing up for a free Bilt Rewards account. However, having the Bilt Card in your wallet means you’ll earn double points on the first of the month, up to 1,000 points, excluding rent. Just note that you must use the card 5 times each statement period to earn points (see rewards & benefits).

Avianca LifeMiles Transfer Bonus

Bilt has offered some lucrative Rent Day transfer bonuses, and this one could be quite valuable if you have the proper redemption lined up.

On August 1, members can transfer their Bilt Rewards points to Avianca LifeMiles with up to a 100% bonus. However, the amount of your bonus will depend on your Bilt Rewards elite status tier.

The transfer bonus will be active from 12 a.m. ET until 11:59 p.m. PT on August 1, 2025.

We value Bilt Rewards points at 1.8 cents apiece, and LifeMiles can unlock some high-end flight redemptions, so even the 20% transfer bonus could be worth it for many people.

Use Points for Rent

Select Bilt Rewards members may be targeted for an offer to use their points towards rent credits.

From July 25 through August 1, members can check their app to see if they were targeted for a special offer.

Kels’ Burger Festival

Bilt Members will get exclusive access and pricing to Kel’s Burger Festival in Brooklyn, New York, on August 30, 2025.

This ’90s nostalgia event will feature burgers from vendors across the U.S., an orange soda fountain, retro arcade, carnival games, music, and more.

Platinum and Gold members can purchase tickets on July 26, 2025, at 11:50 a.m. ET, 10 minutes ahead of the general public. Other members will be able to purchase at noon.

All Bilt Rewards members get an exclusive ticket price of $20 or 1,500 Bilt Points. The regular price is $27.25.

Auberge Concert Series Presented by Bilt

Bilt just launched its Home Away from Home Collection and is quickly celebrating at one of its properties, Primland, Auberge Resorts Collection, in Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains.

There will be an “intimate concert” with Grammy Award-winning artist Maren Morris as part of a weekend-long experience.

Bilt Reward members can book a 2-night minimum stay via the Bilt Travel Portal and receive concert tickets and luxury accommodations.

Bookings are limited to 100 tickets and go on sale July 25 at 9 a.m.

Neighborhood Dining Experience

This Rent Day, Bilt will continue its dining experiences with options in 10 cities on August 1.

Booking starts on July 26, 2025, at 11:50 a.m. ET for Platinum and Gold members and at noon ET for other members. All sales are final. Booking closes on July 31 at 5 p.m. ET. There’s a purchase limit of 4 seats per member.

For August, locations include Boston, Dallas, Miami, New York, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C.

Bilt Neighborhood Comedy

Bilt is continuing its comedy series this month at 20 venues in 17 different cities, including Boston, Denver, Minneapolis, New Orleans, Los Angeles, San Diego, and more.

For Platinum and Gold members, seats will be available in the Bilt Rewards app at 11:50 a.m. ET on July 26, 2025, and for everyone else at noon ET. All sales are final, and booking closes 24 hours before each show. There’s a limit of 4 tickets per person.

Event dates will vary by location throughout the month of August and will cost $40 or 2,500 Bilt Points with 2 drinks included, or $75 or 5,000 Bilt Points with 2 drinks and light bites included at select locations.

Barry’s x Bilt Rent Day

Bilt is collaborating with Barry’s, a well-known HIIT fitness brand. Members can reserve a complimentary class at 10 locations directly via the Bilt Rewards app:

All members are invited to book their complimentary class starting on July 26, 2025. Reservations are available at 11:50 a.m. ET for Platinum and Gold members or noon ET for others.

SoulCycle Rent Day Ride

Rent Day Rides — 45-minute, full-body indoor cycling classes — are back on August 1 at 50+ SoulCycle studios nationwide. There are 700 spots available for Bilt members.

You can book your slot starting at noon ET on July 26 — or 10 minutes earlier at 11:50 a.m. ET for Bilt Rewards Platinum and Gold members. Additionally, all members can receive a complimentary bike in the themed class when booking directly through the Bilt Rewards app.

Rent Free Game Show

Answer questions correctly for your chance to win free rent! This month’s Rent Free Game Show will feature actor and comedian Kel Mitchell.

You can log into your Bilt app to access the game as of July 25 at noon ET. The top 10 scoring players will be August’s winners and get free rent (up to $2,500). The next 100 top scorers will earn 1,000 bonus Bilt Rewards points, while the next 500 highest scorers will win 100 bonus points.

The game will be available until 3 p.m. ET on August 1, and answers will be revealed an hour later at 4 p.m.

Complimentary Coffee and Cookies at the Bilt Neighborhood Café

Bilt is partnering with Maman to offer members a complimentary coffee and cookies on Friday, August 1 — available while supplies last from 7:30 a.m. until 6 p.m.

Members will need to scan their Bilt account at the counter to verify membership before receiving a complimentary coffee and cookie.

Rent Day for Bilt Cardholders

Although the Bilt Card’s annual fee is $0 (rates & fees), it delivers a solid return on spending:

• 1x points on all other eligible purchases (including rent, up to 100,000 points in a calendar year)

With August’s Rent Day, cardholders can earn double points on all eligible purchases for 24 hours starting on August 1 at 12 a.m. ET — up to 1,000 bonus points. This brings earnings up to:

• 6x points on dining
• 4x points on travel
• 2x points on other purchases (excluding rent)
• Use the card 5 times each statement period to earn points (see rewards & benefits)

This puts the Bilt Card at the top of the heap for earning at restaurants. Since we value Bilt Points at 1.8 cents apiece, you’ll get a 10.8% return on dining spend on August 1. And don’t forget about Bilt Dining, which can boost earnings up to 16x points per $1 spent!

Bilt recently announced it will launch more credit cards and change credit card issuers in February 2026. What those will look like and how they will interact with Rent Day remains to be seen.
