The Citi Travel portal is turning 3, and it’s offering a limited-time promotion that can knock $50 off your next hotel stay.

While there’s no deadline for when you need to travel, you must book this offer by May 29 — meaning you don’t have a lot of time to take advantage of it.

Luckily, this promotion is easy to understand, and there aren’t any hoops to jump through. This is how it works.

Citi Cardholder $50 Hotel Promotion

To celebrate the third anniversary of the Citi Travel portal, Citi is offering $50 off a hotel stay of $300 or more. The stay must be booked through the Citi Travel site no later than May 29, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time.

To be clear, you don’t have to travel by that date, but you do need to complete your hotel reservation by that deadline to receive the $50 savings. You can search for hotels at the Citi Travel website after logging in.

Anyone with access to Citi Travel is eligible for this offer, meaning you’re eligible if you have a personal or small-business Citi credit card that earns ThankYou Points. Examples include the Citi Strata Premier℠ Card, Citi Double Cash^® Card, and AT&T Points Plus^® Card from Citi, among others. However, co-branded credit cards — like Citi’s American Airlines cards — aren’t eligible.

Unfortunately, this offer can only be used once per person. The good news is that there aren’t any complicating terms to follow. There aren’t any geographic restrictions on where you can travel with this offer, and there aren’t any minimum stay requirements. Stays of just 1 night qualify, so long as your reservation costs at least $300.
