This is a premium economy flight deal between Los Angeles (LAX) and Osaka (ITM or KIX) on American Airlines and Japan Airlines. Like many premium economy deals, this is a mixed-cabin itinerary where the long-haul flights (on American) are in the premium cabin, while the intra-Japan flights are in economy.

Still, you’ll get nearly 12 hours in American’s premium economy on the Boeing 787, which includes a spacious seat with extra legroom and a better in-flight meal than you would in economy.

Play around with some dates on Google Flights and then book directly through the airline or an online travel agency (OTA). If looking on Google Flights, make sure to book directly with American Airlines and not with Japan Airlines, as booking with the latter airline will cost you more than $3,000.
