If you’re a California resident, you’re in luck if you want to visit Disneyland this summer.

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of Disney, the Anaheim, California theme park is offering discounted admission tickets, which will save you money on the standard price of admission.

Let’s have a look at what you need to know.

Discounted Tickets

Disney rarely discounts tickets — the opportunity to save on admissions is quite a rarity!

Here are the major details you should be aware of before you grab your tickets:

  • You can choose a 3-day, 1-park-per-day package for $249 for admission Monday through Thursday
  • You can choose a 3-day, 1-park-per-day package for $299 for admission any day of the week.
  • On top of the package you purchase, you can add on the ability to Park Hop (which will allow you to go between California Adventure and Disneyland), or Genie+, the relatively new “fast pass” system that allows you to skip the line at the most popular attractions.

With an incremental upcharge for the weekend-eligible package, you’ll likely find a lot of value in that option since it gives you access to the more popular days of the week.

The tickets will go on sale as of June 6, 2023, and you’ll need to redeem your tickets anytime between June 12, 2023, and September 28, 2023. Keep in mind that since this offer is only for California residents, Disney will need to verify your ID to actually enter the park.

You have 3 ways to purchase your tickets. You can do so either online at the Disneyland website, by calling (866)-572-7321, or by visiting a travel agent.

In order to visit the parks, you need to make a reservation, as there are capacity controls. You can do this through the Disney app (iOS, Android) or website. As soon as you know the days you want to visit, book them, as this summer is expected to be a very busy season at Disney!

You can learn more about this offer on Disney’s website.

Hot Tip:

Disney Vacation Club’s newest property, The Villas at Disneyland Hotel, is scheduled to open in September of this year!

Final Thoughts

If you’re a California resident, be sure to take advantage of these special ticket offers while they last. Disney tickets usually aren’t cheap, so any savings you can grab is worthwhile!
