Bilt Rewards is expanding its existing transfer partnership with Qatar Airways Privilege Club with new functionality for members.

Starting today, August 5, 2026, Bilt Rewards members who hold a Qatar Airways co-branded credit card can earn Avios directly when they make rent payments processed by Bilt.

Earn 3x Qatar Avios on Bilt Rent Payments

Bilt Rewards members with the following Qatar Airways co-branded credit cards can now earn 3x Avios on rent, on up to $50,000 year, on payments processed by Bilt:

It’s important to note, however, that there’s a 3% transaction fee for paying rent on the Bilt platform with non-Bilt cards. This is definitely something to consider when weighing whether to take advantage of this new option, though it is great to have. Remember, also, that Bilt Points earned from spending that isn’t on rent already transfer to Qatar Airways Privilege Club at a 1:1 ratio.

Qatar Airways Privilege Club joins an expanding list of airline programs that have this type of partnership with Bilt Rewards. For example, members can also earn Alaska Airlines Atmos Rewards points, Air France-KLM Flying Blue miles, and United Airlines MileagePlus miles on rent payments made with those carriers’ co-branded cards, though the 3% transaction fee also applies in these scenarios.

If you’re considering using the Privilege Club program to book award flights, remember that you can transfer Avios from any program that uses them as their currency, though they still have to pass through a British Airways Club account before reaching your Privilege Club account.

You have to be cognizant of the 3% transaction fee when paying rent with these cards, but if you regularly use the Privilege Club program to redeem for flights in premium cabins, it could be well worth it.
