There’s just no stopping Frontier Airlines.

The Denver-based carrier has just added 14 additional routes with the cheapest one-way fares starting at just $19 — now that is ultra-low-cost.

The routes include a brand-new connection out of Miami (MIA) to the Puerto Rican city of Aguadilla (BQN).

“Our continued network growth is a win for consumers as we offer more nonstop destinations, both domestically and internationally, at our signature ultra-low fares,” said Josh Flyr, vice president of network at Frontier.

Here are the details of Frontier’s huge nationwide expansion.

Frontier’s 14 New Routes Will Launch in May

In this latest update to its network, Frontier has focussed on some of the country’s busiest and most important airports, such as Boston (BOS), Chicago (ORD), Dallas (DFW), Denver (DEN), Los Angeles (LAX), Miami (MIA), and Washington D.C. (IAD).

By doing so, the airline hopes to win passengers from the likes of American, Delta, and United by offering its ultra-low introductory fares.

The cheapest fare on these new routes is just $19 for a one-way between Las Vegas (LAS) and Tucson, Arizona (TUS). Around half of the routes are selling for $29 one-way, including Dallas and Miami to D.C.

Frontier will also have one-way flights on its new transcontinental flight between L.A. and Philadelphia from just $49!

You can find specifics about each new route, including start date and frequency, detailed below:

Frontier Airlines’ Competitive Routes Are Accompanied by an Overhauled Loyalty Program

As legacy carriers tone down their offerings to become more low-cost, Frontier is adopting a more premium approach.

In essence, the carrier will shed its “ultra-low-cost” model when it launches a true first class seat in 2026.

Couple that with the customer-centric updates to its Frontier Miles loyalty program plus the tempting low fares, and Frontier is shaping up to be the airline to consider for your next short-haul trip.

Hot Tip:

If you’re a frequent Frontier flyer (or considering flying more with the carrier), you might want to consider a credit card that will provide perks and benefits when choosing Frontier, along with earning more miles.

Final Thoughts

With its new routes, upcoming first class, and revamped frequent flyer program, Frontier is positioning itself as a competitive player in the U.S. domestic market.

We expect there’ll be several more updates to the airline’s route network in the coming months.
