Frontier Adds 23 New Routes in Time for Spring Break

As its chief rival, Spirit Airlines, continues to struggle, Frontier Airlines is expanding its route map to capture would-be Spirit passengers affected by route closures or those who simply don’t want to fly with the bankrupt carrier.

The introductory fares are available for purchase through 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on December 10, 2025. The fares are valid for nonstop flights on select days from March 6, 2026, through April 13, 2026.

“As we look ahead to 2026, there’s a lot to be excited about — from our expanding network to the introduction of our new First Class seats and more — and we’re thrilled to kick things off with the announcement of these new routes, giving travelers even more affordable options as they plan their spring breaks next year,” said Josh Flyr, vice president of network and operations design at Frontier.

Hot Tip:

If you’re considering booking any of these new routes, make sure to use a card that rewards you for travel purchases, such as the Platinum Card® from American Express. If you fly Frontier often, you may also consider opening the Frontier Airlines World Mastercard®, as you’ll earn bonus miles on your flights and on daily spending.

Final Thoughts

Frontier’s new routes appear to align perfectly with the spring break season next year, offering travelers more affordable options for reaching popular warm-weather destinations. With introductory fares starting at just $39, these routes offer great value no matter what kind of trip you hope to go on.
