Frontier Airlines is known for adding huge groups of new routes at once, and today the Denver-based carrier is back at it with an announcement of several brand-new routes, including some to international destinations.

Frontier Announces Several New Routes, Including International Destinations
Let’s take a look at the several new routes that Frontier Airlines decided to drop today.
First up, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) will get 5 new international destinations in November and December 2022, bringing the total number of nonstop Frontier destinations at the airport to 36. The routes are:
Atlanta (ATL) — Kingston, Jamaica (KIN): 2x weekly, begins November 7, 2022
Atlanta (ATL) — Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR): 1x weekly, begins December 17, 2022
Atlanta (ATL) — Nassau, Bahamas (NAS): 1x weekly, begins November 5, 2022
Atlanta (ATL) — San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO): 2x weekly, begins November 17, 2022
Atlanta (ATL) — San Salvador, El Salvador (SAL): 2x weekly, begins November 6, 2022
Introductory fares on these routes start at just $69 each way from now through August 23, 2022, for travel from November 5, 2022, through February 2, 2023. The following blackout dates apply: November 19-23 and 25-28, 2022; December 16-18 and 22-24, 2022; December 26, 2022, through January 3, 2023; and January 6-8, 2023.
The airline also announced a nonstop flight between Orlando (MCO) and Guadalajara (GDL), a 2x weekly service that begins on November 6, 2022.
“This new service provides Orlando area consumers with an affordable and convenient new option to reach this region of Mexico,” Daniel Shurz, Senior Vice President of Commercial, said in a statement.
Introductory fares on this route start at $89 one-way and must be purchased by August 23, 2022. Fares are valid for nonstop travel on select days of the week between November 5, 2022, and February 2, 2023.
The following blackout dates apply: November 19-23 and 25-28, 2022; December 16-18 and 22-24, 2022; December 26, 2022 through January 3, 2023; and January 6-8, 2023.
Finally, 3x weekly service between Denver (DEN) and West Palm Beach (PBI) will begin on November 6, 2022. You can purchase special introductory fares from $69 each way, and these also must be purchased by August 23, 2022.
Travelers interested in booking any of these new routes can do so directly at Frontier’s website. Keep in mind that Frontier is a low-cost airline, so items like carry-on and checked baggage, seat selection, and early boarding will incur an extra fee.
The announcement of these new routes comes just days after Frontier added service from Las Vegas (LAS) to Baltimore (BWI), Buffalo (BUF), Hartford (BDF), and Kansas City (MCI). These routes began on August 9, 2022, and operate once daily.

Frontier’s expansion this fall and winter is great news for customers, who have more options to visit popular destinations such as the Bahamas, Jamaica, and Mexico. While you’ll likely pay more for bags and seats, you can’t beat cheap one-way fares (especially for international destinations) starting at $69!
